Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury we urge that our clients take some basic safety precautions when using this device. Please read the operation instructions carefully and make sure you have understood its content. Keep these operation instructions safe.
Description
This device is an electric mixer equipped with stirrers with excellent performance. It is used for mixing building materials and chemical substances, but also for quickly and thoroughly mixing heavy substances, especially difficult mixes such as high-density mortar or dried building materials. Various stirring attachments are available for the mixer, and the speed can be adjusted depending on the materials to be mixed.
Safety precautions
General safety precautions concerning electric devices
Warning: To reduce the risk of injury, the user must read the instruction
manual.
Do not work with material containing asbestos. Wear a respirator!
Wear protective goggles!
Wear hearing protection!
Warning:
- Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow warnings and instructions could result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
- Keep all warnings and instructions for future reference.
- The term “power tool” in warnings refers to a corded power tool or a power tool powered by a battery (cordless).
Work area safety
- Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.
- Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Power tools create sparks that may ignite dust or fumes.
- Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause a loss of control.
Electric safety
- The power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never make any changes to the plugs. Do not use adapter plugs for grounded power tools. Unmodified plugs and matching sockets reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Avoid body contact with earthed surfaces such as pipes, radiators, stoves, and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if the body is grounded.
- Make sure that power tools are not exposed to moisture or rain. Water getting into a power tool increases the risk of electric shock.
- When using a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord that is suitable for outdoor use. Using such a cable will reduce the risk of electric shock.
- If the operation of a power tool in high humidity areas is unavoidable, use a residual current device. The use of a residual current circuit breaker reduces the risk of electric shock.
Personal safety
- Stay vigilant, pay full attention to what you are doing, and always use power tools with common sense. Do not use a power tool if you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication. A short moment of inattention during an operation can lead to serious injuries.
- Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection and protective equipment such as a dust mask, non-slip safety shoes, a hard hat, and hearing protection while working. This reduces the risk of injury.
- Avoid unintentional starting. Make sure the switch is in the off position before connecting to power and/or battery, picking up the tool, or carrying it. Carrying power tools with your finger on the switch or turning on power tools that have the switch turned on can cause accidents.
- Remove all adjustment wrenches or other wrenches before switching on the power tool. A wrench or adjustment wrench hanging on a rotating part of the power tool could cause injury.
- Always make sure that you stand firmly and keep your balance. This allows better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
- Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts, as they can get caught in them.
- If devices are provided for connecting dust collection and extraction systems, ensure that they are connected and used correctly. The use of these devices can reduce the hazards caused by airborne dust.
Use and maintenance of electric tools
- The power tool must not be used forcibly. Use the right power tool for the job at hand. With the right power tool in the performance range for which it is designed, the job is done better and safer.
- Do not use the power tool if the switch no longer turns it on or off. Any power tool that cannot be turned on and off with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
- Pull the plug before making settings, replacing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of the power tool being started accidentally.
- Store unused power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow people who are not familiar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools in the hands of inexperienced users are dangerous.
- Maintain your power tools. Check the alignment and connection of moving parts, see if any parts are damaged, or if there is any other condition that could affect power tools. If the power tool is damaged, have it repaired before using it again. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
- Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Correctly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to get stuck and are easier to control.
- Use the power tool, accessories, attachments, etc. in accordance with these instructions and in the manner intended for the respective power tool type, considering the working conditions and the work to be performed. Using the power tool for work for which the device is not intended can be dangerous.
- Wear hearing protection. Otherwise, if you are exposed to a great amount of noise, you could experience hearing loss.
- Hold the power tool by the insulated gripping surfaces when performing work in which the cutting tool can touch a hidden cable or its own power cable. Cutting accessories that come into contact with a live line can also energize exposed metal parts of the power tool and give the operator an electric shock.
Maintenance safety
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified specialist using only
identical spare parts. This ensures that the safety of the power tool is
guaranteed.

- Ensure that the work area is adequately lit.
- Check whether the available mains voltage corresponds to the voltage specified on the type plate of the device.
- Check whether the machine is earthed or not.
- The machine must not be overloaded.
- Do not pull on the cord to remove the plug from the socket. Keep the cord away from heat, moisture, and scratches.
- Do not use cables that are worn or damaged in any other way.
- Unplug the machine when not in use, when servicing, or when making adjustments.
- Do not mix materials with a flash point below 21.
- Do not use solvents to clean the tools.

- Do not start the mixer until the stirrer is in the mixing drum or in another drum.
- Do not let the machine idle.
- Do not remove the stirrer until the machine has stopped. Do not touch the walls of the mixing drum with the stirrer when the machine is running.
- Do not start the machine if there is dried material in or hanging on the drum.
- The careful operation of the machine increases its service life.
- Please wear protective goggles and hearing protection when operating the machine.
- Use only original spare parts for machine maintenance.
Operation
Assembly
- Take the two stirring rods out of the box (see Fig. 1).
- Insert the stirrers into the locking sleeves and slide them in until they click into place. The stirrer shaft is automatically locked and held in place. Pull on the stirrers to check that they are properly locked (see Fig. 2).
- Push back the locking sleeve of the stirring rod holder to remove the stirring rods again (see Fig. 3).
Starting (Fig. 5)
First press the locking button and then the start switch.
Speed controller (Fig. 4)
First, turn on the power switch and then set the desired speed on the speed
controller.
Stopping (Fig. 5)
Release the start switch to stop the machine.
Maintenance
- Proper maintenance of the machine can extend its service life.
- The handle switch must always be in perfect condition and well maintained.
- The stirrers should be cleaned when the process is finished or if they are not going to be used for a long period of time. The stirrers should be easy to clean under running water or with quartz sand.
- Do not apply excessive pressure when using the machine, e.g., avoid violent impacts, as the machine is very likely to be damaged.
- When using the device, it must be ensured that the noise exposure is kept as low as possible. Therefore, always provide the opening in the hexagonal socket with the appropriate protective cover and note that the ventilation slots of the motor housing must not be covered during operation.
- There must be no flammable materials in the machine or in its immediate vicinity.
- The ventilation slots must be cleaned regularly.
- Only use identical original spare parts if individual parts are damaged and need to be replaced.
- The carbon brushes must be checked and serviced after 60 hours of operation. Replace the brushes in good time when they are worn out. Proceed as follows:
a) First disconnect the machine from the power supply.
b) Then take out the brush caps with a flat-blade screwdriver.
c) Finally pull out the carbon brushes and insert new ones.
