a Power light – Shows that power is on

c Start button – Start conveyor running

e Speed knob – Adjust speed from 0-100ft/min
f Forward/ reverse button – changes the running direction
g Emergency Stop button – Stop in case of emergency
h Lock Switch – Open or lock the control box

Product Specifications

Conveyor can expand to twice its compressed length. DO NOT OVEREXTEND. If a conveyor past the max length is required, please purchase additional units.
Conveyor can bend to form 180° arc. DO NOT BEND PAST 180°.

Installation

1. The conveyor can be extended, retracted and bended. Set Conveyor in desired location and bend or extend before connection electricity

2. Use the back hook to connect other equipment

3. When the handrail component is raised, it can block the good on the Conveyor and prevent them from falling off the unit
   

4. Conveyor height can be adjusted by turning the handles on supporting legs so that theconveyor can form a slope to convey goods if needed. (Make sure handles are fully tightened before use.)
   

Replacing the O-Shaped Belt

1. If the O-shape belt is disconnected, the user should first screw off the nuts on the rhombus which has the broken O-shape belt. See the following pictures for details
   

2. When the nuts are screwed off, disassemble the roller and joint parts and expansive board and replace the broken belt by a new one.

3. Connect the O-shape Belt into the driving wheel. First, take off the supporting board and put the belt into the driving wheel. Insert the support board and tighten the nuts. Once all connections are tighened, inspect the all connections are tightened and aligned before restarting system
