Safety Precautions
- Keep the monitor away from water sources or damp places, such as bath rooms, kitchens, basements and swimming pools.
- Make sure the monitor is placed on a flat surface.
- If the monitor falls down, it may cause human injury or device damage. Store and use the monitor in a cool, dry and well ventilated place, and keep it away from emission and heat sources.
- Do not cover or block the vent hole in the rear casing, and do not use the product on a bed, sofa, blanket or similar objects.
- The range of the supply voltage of the monitor is printed on the label on the rear casing. If it is impossible to determine the supply voltage, please consult the distributor or local power company. If the monitor will not be used for a long period, please cut off the power supply to avoid electric shock in rainy days and damage due to abnormal supply voltage.
- Please use a reliable grounded socket, Do not overload the socket, or it may cause fire or electric shock.
- Do not put foreign matters into the monitor, or it may cause short circuits resulting fire or electric shock.
- Do not disassemble or repair this product by self to avoid electric shock. If faults occur, please contact the after-sales service directly.
- Do not pull or twist the power cable forcedly. There is a polarizer layer (not a protective film) on the surface of the screen.
- Do not peel it off, or the product may be damaged and the warranty will be invalid.

Installation
Installation of base

Take the monitor out from the carton, put it on the horizontal surface and keep it flat, and take out the stand and the base.

Tilt the stand to a certain angle to align it with the round slot of the base, attach them tightly, rotate them clockwise to click the stand into the base and complete the assembly of the base.

Attach the head of the assembled base and stand flatly and tightly into the slot at the lower side of he rear housing, and push them upwards to click the base and stand into the rear housing.

Complete the final assembly.

Notes: Do not put hands in the gap between the stand and the housing to avoid injury!

Notes: After the base is installed, do not hold the base to invert the monitor to avoid damage to the monitor!
Installation of mount

Take the monitor and hex studs out from the package and put them aside for usage.

Lock two long hex studs in two holes at the upper part of the rear housing and then lock two short hex studs in two holes at the lower part of the rear housing.

During padlocking of the monitor, do not pinch the screen with the hands to avoid damaging the screen. Install the mount to the mount stud by referring to the user manual of the wall hanging hard wall(purchased separately). Tips: the mounting hole distance of the mount for the product is 75x 75mm.
Notes: to prevent the monitor on the mount from failing, please install it firmly and protect it fully. Do not place or hang any objects on the mount and the using height of the mount should be less than 2 meters.

Description of buttons
Button : Function
- Menu button: Confirm/call up the main menu.
- Left button: Move down in the menu/quickly enter the GamePlus.
- Right button: Move up in the menu/quickly enter the ECO.
- Exit button: Exit/return to the previous menu.
- Power button: Turn on/off the monitor.
Explanation of indicator light
Indicator light: Steady blue light indicates the power is on and the monitor runs normally. Flashing blue light indicates no video signal detected or low voltage. Please make sure that your computer is turned on and all video cables are fully plugged in and/or connected.
Cable connection
- The bottom interface configuration at the back of the monitor varies with products.
- Note: If the power cable or signal cable is damaged, you must replace it with special soft cables or special components purchased from the manufacture or maintenance department.
OSD(On-Screen Display) Menu
- Press any key to pop up the navigation interface.
- Press the Up key to enter brightness Adjustment; press the Down key to enter OSD menu; press the Power button to enter signal source selection.
Press the Up key twice: Pop up the brightness adjustment window
- Press the Up/Down key to adjust the brightness
- Press the Power button to enter and exit.
- The window disappears when it is not operated for 3S.
Press the Power button twice: Pop up the signal switch window
- Press the Up/Down key to select signal input.
- Press the Power button to enter and exit.
- The window disappears when it is not operated for 3S.
Press the Down key twice: Enter the OSD menu.
- Press the Up/Down key to switch the options.
- Press the Power button to enter the next-level menu. Press it to select final option and return to previous level.
- The window disappears when it is not operated for 5S.
Scene Mode: Switch the specified mode.
- Press the Up/Down key to switch the options.
- Press the Power button to enter the next-level menu. Press it to select final option and return to previous level.
- The window disappears when it is not operated for 5S.
Picture Setting: Image setting, adjust the brightness and color etc.
- Press the Up/Down key to switch the options.
- Press the Power button to enter the next-level menu. Press it to select final option and return to previous level.
- The window disappears when it is not operated for 5S.
Color Temperature Setting: Adjust the color temperature warm\cold\design color temperature, corresponding color temperature (7000K\9300K\5700K)

Press the Up/Down key to switch the options.

Press the Power button to enter the next level if it is available. Press it to select final option and return to previous level.
For example: In User mode, there’s next option. Press the Power button to enter the Red/Green/Blue option, press the Power button again to adjust the brightness bar. Then press the button again to enter and return to the previous Red/Green/Blue list. -
The window disappears when it is not operated for 5S.
Audio Setting: Adjust volume/mute

Press the Up/Down key to switch the options.

Press the Power button to enter the next level if it is available. Press it to select final option and return Previous level.
For example: When the Volume has the next level, press the Power button to enter the volume bar, press the Power button again to enter and return to the previous level. -
The window disappears when it is not operated for 5S.
OSD Setting: language selection, display time setting, Over drive, restore to factory setting etc.

Press the Up/Down key to switch the options.

Press the Power button to enter the next level if it is available. Press it to select final option and return to previous level.
For example : The Language Setting has the next level. Press the Power button to enter language option, press the Power button again to select and return. -
The window disappears when it is not operated for 5S.
Exit: Exit the menu (two methods)
- The window disappears when it is not operated for 5S.
- For example: If entering to level-3 menu → press Power button → return to previous menu → press Up/Down key to select (return) → return to first level interface → “×” close the menu
Troubleshooting
The following table contains general information about common monitor problems you might encounter and the possible solutions.
Common Symptoms | Possible Solutions |
---|
No display after turning monitor ON (screen is black but power supply lights is ON)|
- Ensure that the video cable connecting the monitor and the computer is properly connected and secure.
- Make sure if the operating system had entered hibernation, sleep or power-save mode. Press any key (Enter key / Power key) or move the mouse to wake it up.
- Check for bent or broken pins in the video cable connector.
- Ensure that the correct input source is selected in the Input Source menu.
- Replace other identical signal cable (HDMI / Type-C) to take cross-test.
Attention: Not every computer/phone ‘s USB Type-C port will support video out signals. Please check your cable and your computer/phone to make sure those will support a video signal.
No display after turning monitor ON (not boot, black screen & no power lights)|
- Verify that the power outlet is functioning properly using any other electrical equipment.
- Make sure the power button is pressed fully and hold for 5s.
Missing Pixels. LCD screen has spots|
- Cycle power On-Off.
- Pixel that is permanently Off is a natural defect that can occur in LCD technology.

Safety Related Issues (Visible signs of smoke or sparks)|
- Do not perform any troubleshooting steps.
- Contact Innocn immediately.
Image does not fill entire viewing area.| Check the resolution setting in your
PC.
The screen appears yellow|
- Make sure the device was not set to “Eyes Care mode”
- Check here: S →Eye Protection Mode
Control panel keys do not work|
- Press only one key at a time.
- Make sure to have a valid video signal going through the monitor before you can turn on the OSD.
I cannot adjust the brightness/ contrast ratio/ color saturation through OSD|
- Make sure the device was set to “User mode”

German Rhine TÜV Low Blue Light Certification
Blue light may cause eye fatigue and discomfort. Joint Innovation now offers the screen that passes German Rhine TUV Low Blue Light certification to ensure the comfort and health of users’ eyes. Please follow the instructions below operate the screen to reduce A Low Blue Lighs (Softiwar Seluion rOVRheinlan CERTIEIED symptoms caused by prolonged exposure to blue light on the ID 21700838 Screen.
- Place the screen 20-28 inches (50-70 cm) away from the eyes, with the center of the screen slightly below the line of sight.
- When you need to use the screen for a long time, blinking consciously from time to time will help reduce eye fatigue.
- Take a 20-minute break every 2 hours.
- Take your eyes away from the screen when you rest and stare at distant objects for at least 20 second
- Stretch moderately during rest to relieve physical fatigue or pain.
- After the factory setting, when the Low Blue Light function is set to 50,75, 100, it conforms to TUV Rheinland’s low blue light certification
