FCC Compliance Statements
Contains FCC ID:2A094-MK02
The equipment has a model number assigned as SS00 .
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to
the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference.
- This device must accept any interference received, including, an interference that may Cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B Digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential Installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency Energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause Harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that Interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the Receiver is connected.

Minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body.
ISED Compliance Statements

This device complies with ISED’s license-exempt RSSs. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may
cause undesired operation of the device.
Radiation Exposure Statement:
This equipment complies with ISED radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with
minimum distance 20cm between the radiator & your body.
Detachable Antenna Usage:
This radio transmitter(IC: 26442-MK02/ Model: MK02D ) has been approved by
ISED to operate with the antenna type listed below with maximum permissible
gain indicated. Antenna types not included in this list, having a gain greater
than the maximum gain indicated for that type, are strictly prohibited for use
with this device.

Accessories
The Shockwave suit comes with the following accessories
- Battery compartment for 3 x AA batteries (not included) with cable and connector
- 1 x USB to 2.1mm DC Jack power cable
- 1 x Tightening Belt
- 1 x Silicone Cap
Setting up your Shockwave Suit
Setting up your Shockwave suit involves the following steps
- Putting on your suit
- Strapping the lower body straps
- Inserting the batteries
- Powering the suit
- Calibrating the suit
Putting on your suit
Wear the suit on your upper body (like any jacket) and fasten the zipper If
required, use the belt provided to tighten the suit around your waist for a
body-tight fit
Strap the hanging lower body pieces around your legs and fasten them with the Velcro
Insert 3 x AA batteries in the battery box provided with the suit and secure the cover Put the battery compartment inside the side pocket of the suit
Connect the power cable of the battery compartment to the power connector in the suit and switch the power button to ‘on’
The suit can also be powered using the provided USB to DC Jack cable by a
regionally compliant PORTABLE battery pack whose voltage should not exceed
5V. The pack has to be standalone and should not be directly or
indirectly connected to any public utility power e.g. Mains electricity,
laptops etc
The Portable battery pack should always be kept inside the pocket
The logo on the back of the suit will start blinking red every 5 seconds
indicating the suit being powered
The suit will begin advertising using Bluetooth 5.0 and can be connected to
all supporting hardware with Bluetooth capability
For optimum performance it is recommended to use Bluetooth 5.0 and above on
the connected hardware.
On a successful connection the blinking logo on the back of the suit will turn
from red to blue

The body tracking sensors need to be calibrated with your receiving device.
Follow the instructions inside the software to perform the calibration.

How to wash
– We recommend that you hand-wash your Shockwave suit
– Detach the battery compartment from the suit
– Before washing, ensure that you have covered the power port with the
silicone cap – Wash the suit in water at normal temperature
– Avoid washing in very hot / very cold water
– You may use a mild detergent to wash the suit
– After washing gently rinse the suit with your hands
How to dry
– After washing, you can dry the shockwave suit outside in the sunlight or you
may air dry at normal temperature
– Avoid air drying at very high temperature
– Avoid using an electrical drier to dry the suit
– Avoid using electrical iron (or similar equipment) to dry the suit
Don’ts
– Do not machine wash your Shockwave Suit
– Do not power on the suit while washing
– Do not power on the suit before it has completely dried off
– Do not use bleach or any other strong chemical
– Do not wash the suit without covering the power source with the silicone cap
Health and Safety Warnings
Read the following instructions and warnings to reduce the risk of personal injury and discomfort including electric shock, fire and other damage to you or your surroundings.
Conditions for Use

The product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of product by person responsible for their safety.

CAUTION- The product contains haptic feedback and physical vibrations, any person with serious medical history ,pregnant or elderly must stay cautious and only use the product after consulting a licensed medical expert.

CAUTION- The product contains magnets and components that emit radio waves that may interfere with medical devices including pacemakers or other implanted devices . Please consult a licensed medical expert before using the product.

Close supervision should be exercised when the product is used by or near children

The product should not be opened, modified, disassembled in any way except by manufacturer authorized personnel.

The suit contains plastic panels to house the electronics and care must be taken not to put a lot of pressure on the panels .
This can include putting your entire or partial body weight on one of the panels. Doing so can cause personal injuries and cause damage to the product. -
Make sure the suit is correctly sized and do not tighten the suit beyond comfort levels

The product is intended to be worn over the body. If you notice any irritation, swelling, redness, allergy or any other skin problem please consult a doctor immediately.

If the suit is being shared make sure the suit is properly washed to avoid risk of contagious conditions. Please read the washing instructions for the same.

CAUTION-Do not bring the product in contact to hot surfaces which may result in damage/malfunction of the product and/or create a fire hazard.

Do not submerge the suit inside water or any other liquid while wearing it

The use of accessories not recommended by the product manufacturer may result in product malfunction

The product is intended to be used in conjunction with other devices like Virtual Reality headsets, personal computers etc .
Please make sure you follow the safety guidelines outlined in those products when using them with the Shockwave suit.
Storage
- The suit should be completely dry and stored in a dry, clean and sanitized place at a temperature not exceeding the maximum rated temperature.
Power Source and Cables
- Read the battery warnings and safety instructions to ensure the proper installation and use
- The power source can only be 3 x AA batteries inserted into the provided battery compartment or a class 2 compliant portable source whose output voltage should not exceed the rated voltage of the product.
- The product should not be powered through any public utility power source directly or indirectly. Use of such a connection may break your local compliance guidelines.
- Do not insert any foreign object other than the manufacturer provided cable connectors and silicone cap.
- Unplug the suit from the power source when not in use and before/during washing
- Do not operate the product with a damaged power cord
- To disconnect, turn off the power from the source then remove the power jack from the product
Heating and Overuse
- The haptic motors can overheat on continuous operation at full intensity for a long time. Ensure that each motor is used intermittently to avoid discomfort
- CAUTION-Do not let the temperature of the suit exceed the maximum rated temperature. If at some point during operation any part of the suit is overheating turn off and disconnect the power.
Battery Warnings and Safety
Batteries can EXPLODE, CATCH FIRE, and/or CAUSE BURNS if disassembled, punctured, cut, crushed, short-circuited, incinerated, recharged (disposable cells), or exposed to water, fire, or high temperatures. To ensure optimal safety and performance:

DO NOT use counterfeit or inferior-quality batteries in Shockwave suits.
The use of counterfeit and/or inferior-quality batteries could greatly reduce runtime and output performance, damage your Shockwave suit, and constitute a safety hazard. -
DO NOT place loose batteries in a pocket, purse, or other receptacle containing metal objects.

DO NOT store batteries with hazardous or combustible material; store in a cool, dry, ventilated area.

While your Shockwave suit is weatherproof and safe to use outside, DO NOT allow the batteries or battery compartment to get wet prior to or during use.

ALWAYS keep batteries away from children.

REPLACE ALL batteries at the same time with batteries of the same type purchased at the same time from the same manufacturer and DO NOT load batteries backwards. MAKE SURE the battery compartment is empty and free of any loose debris before inserting batteries

Follow local guidelines to dispose of used batteries.
To the extent permissible by applicable law, failure to follow these warnings and/or directions could result in damage to your product that will not be covered by Shockwave suit’s warranty.
