FAITHFULL FAIGGHD Heavy-Duty Grease Gun Side Lever

How to load a cartridge in your Grease Gun

1. Unscrew the head from barrel.
2. Pull back the rod handle to the end of the barrell and release to lock into position.
3. Remove the plastic cap from the end of the grease cartridge and insert the open end into the barrel.
4. Screw the head back onto the barrel.
5. Unlock the rod handle from the end cap by pressing the stopper, whilst pushing the rod handle down into the barrel.
6. Unscrew the gun head by 1-3 turns and pump the lever handle between 6-8 times until grease releases from the cartridge. In doing so you will release any trapped air from the barrel and will make the pumping process easier.
7. Secure the gun head tightly and it’s ready for priming.

Trouble Shooting

• Problem: Gun not pumping grease
• Possible causes:
  • Air pocket trapped between the tube and gun head
  • Air pocket trapped between the gun head and the spout
• Solution:

1. Take off the spout from the gun head
2. Unscrew the gun head by 1-3 turns
3. Pump the lever handle around 6-8 times until grease is released
4. Screw the gun head tightly onto the barrel
5. Attach the spout to the gun head
