NOTE
THE LIGHT MUST BE FULLY CHARGED FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS BEFORE BEING USED FOR THE FIRST TIME

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Press the button to turn the light on full power.
2. Press the button again to change the light to low power.

Charging a device with the Powerbank Function

1. Plug the USB cable into the charging port of the device to be charged.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the large USB outlet beneath the rubber cover on the back of the light.
3. Charging will commence as soon as the USB lead is connected. Check that the light is switched off to ensure that the recharge time is kept to a minimum.
4. Once the attached device is fully charged, disconnect the charging lead to conserve the remaining battery power stored in the light.

NOTE
The light can be used to recharge any device that has been supplied with a USB charging lead by its manufacturer. Faithful! cannot be held responsible for any damage or accident caused to any device that is charged using the light as a power source. Some mobile device’s charging leads can contain authentication chips to prevent the use of third party chargers with their products.

BATTERY RECHARGING

The light must be fully charged for a minimum of 4 hours before being used for the first time, this will ensure that the battery gives its best performance now and on future recharging cycles. The power supply is for recharging the battery only, ii cannot be used to directly power the light. Failure to recharge the light every 3 months may permanently damage or reduce the performance of the light. The battery charge does not have to be fully depleted before recharging.

Using the Charging Lead

1. Plug the USB charger lead into the micro USB charging socket under the rubber cover on the back of the light.
2. Plug the other end of the lead into any USB charging outlet. While on charge, the charging indicator LED will flash green. All four LEDs will turn green when the battery is fully charged (approximately 4 hours).

NOTE
For best performance Li-ion batteries should not be stored for prolonged periods without being charged at regular intervals. It is recommended to keep the battery in a state-of-charge of 40-50% when placing in storage. If in doubt, keep the light in a higher charged state in a cool place. Self discharge rate is approximately 10% per month.

It is important to read these instructions fully before using the light.

• Do not use the lamp in the immediate vicinity of flammable materials or gases.
• Only use the accessories included with the product.
• Keep the lamp out of reach of unauthorised persons, especially children.
• Do not point the light directly in your own or any other person’s or animals eyes.
• Do not use lamp or charging cable if there is any sign of damage.
• Never attempt to open the battery pack.
• Never attempt to service or repair the lamp yourself, there are no serviceable parts.
• Do not charge the unit if left unnattended.
