※ If the golf course has dual green (Left & Right), L or R is displayed as you choose in Settings.
※ Default distance shows in Yards(Y).

※ It is switched to the Green View screen if you press the OK button in the Hole Information screen along with distance voice prompts.
※ Toggles back to the Hole Information screen in 5 seconds.

Overview of Play Golf Functions

► Satellite reception & Automatic course/hole recognition

• When the unit turns on, it automatically searches for the nearest golf course after receiving the satellite signal.
► Distance information via Voice

• Press the OK button to hear the distance to the green.
※ Press the OK button briefly: Distance to the center of the green.
※ Press and hold the OK button: Distance to the front and back of the green.

General Settings

※ Settings for language, time, volume, and flip screen can be changed.
► Language selection

• Language selection screen appears when the user turns on the power and holds the OK button at once.
• Use the button to choose your language in the Language section, and press the OK button to complete.
  ※ Supports ten voice languages. – Korean(M/F), English(M/F), Japanese(M/F), Chinese(M/F), French(F), Spanish(F), German(F), Italian(F), Danish(F), Swedish(F)
  ※ Both language selection and male/female voice changes can only be done via the GOLF BUDDY GB Manager. (Visit www.golfbuddy.com and download the GB Manager program.)

► Time display

• Press and hold the button for one second during the round to check the current time.
• The unit will read the time once press the on the time screen.
• Press the OK to return to the previous screen.

► Time setting

• On-time screen, click OK button to select hour; click to select minute.
• Use the button to change the desired time and minute, and press the OK button to complete.
  ※ In the time setting, a minute is automatically set through a GPS signal. As there may be differences by region and country, the minute can be manually adjusted by every 15 minutes.

► Volume control

• Use the button to control the volume during the round.
• Press the button at once to mute; Press ED or to unmute.

► Flip-screen mode

• Press and hold the button at the same time to flip the display screen upside down (180°).

※ This function is for players who want to see the screen while wearing it on a belt.

Golf Settings
Quick and easy changes of the settings below are available during the round.
► Left/Right green switch

• Press and hold the button for a second during the round to change the green.

※The left green is the default setting. If you change the green setting during the round, you can continue to play with the changing green from that hole.

※ The distance information is guided based on the last green setting.

► Distance unit (Yards/Meters) selection

• Press and hold the button for a second during the round to change the distance unit.

► Manual hole changing

• During the round, the Select/ Change hole screen will appear when OK and button or OK and button are pressed at once.
• Press button to change the hole and OK button to complete.

► Shot distance measurement

• Press the button during the round to measure the shot distance.
  1. Press and hold the OK button for 3 seconds to start measuring the shot distance.
  2. Once you have arrived at the ball position, press the button to finish the measuring and you can view/hear the shot distance.

※ You can continuously check the distance between movements to the ball position.
※ Press and hold the OK button for two seconds in the mode and the shot distance values will be reset.
※ Even during the shot distance measurement, the unit can read the distance to the center of the green with a press of OK button.
※ Press the OK button to go to the Hole information screen.

How to use GOLFBUDDY GB Manager.

※ Download GB Manager at: https://en.golfbuddy.com/support/downloads.asp
※ Be sure to check the PC version and OS before downloading. Create an account to use GB manager.

1. Connect GB VOICE2 se to PC.
   

2. Start GB Manager.
   

3. Automatically scan for the product and select GB VOICE2 se.
   

4. [Firmware Update] GB manager will automatically check GB VOICE2 she’s update status. If needed, the unit will be updated automatically.
   

5. [Golf Course Update] Be sure to check the unit’s golf course update status. If needed, you can select Countries / Provinces / States golf courses to download.
   

6. Disconnect and restart your device.

• Use the GOLFBUDDY GB Manager to gain access to the latest firmware and free course updates for 40,000+ golf courses in 170+ countries.

Disclaimer

• Remove all the stickers before using them.
• Keep the device away from water or high humidity.
• Functions will be limited in indoors due to a lack of satellite reception.
• Use of 5V/300mA adapter is recommended as fast charging adapters may damage the unit.
• Reset the unit, when you experience abnormal behavior or distance readings.
• Charging and storing the unit at extreme temperatures (14° to 140° F, -10° C to 60° C) will harm the unit and void the warranty.
• Do NOT leave the device in direct sunlight for a long period of time, as I may cause damage to the unit.
• Do NOT disassemble the device arbitrarily as this will void the warranty. – Any defect caused by the customer is not eligible for free repair service.
• If any type of liquid of substance gets on the device, use the cloth in the package to remove it immediately

LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty Period
GOLFBUDDY products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal consumer use for a period of two (2) years (“Limited Warranty”). The Limited Warranty begins to run from the date of the original retail purchase. GOLFBUDDY, at its sole and absolute discretion, shall either (i) replace or repair the defective part(s) or the unit with a new or reconditioned part(s), or (ii) issue a credit for the parts or products that are covered under the Limited Warranty.
Eligibility
This Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original authorized purchasers who purchase the products for resale and/ or end-users of the products. All authorized distributors shall provide its customers a copy of this Limited Warranty and communicate any and all waivers and limitations contained in this Limited Warranty. No unauthorized modifications to or unauthorized representations made by distributors will be valid or honored. The purchaser must present the original purchase receipt showing the date of purchase, place of purchase, and amount paid for the product in question, at the time a warranty claim is filed. The product must be in its original packaging along with all associated accessories and instruction manuals.
Warranty Claim Procedures
To obtain warranty repair service, you must contact GOLFBUDDY technical support at [email protected] or visit help.golfbuddyglobal.com and obtain a Return Authorization Number. All returned products must be accompanied by an original purchase receipt and the Return Authorization Number. Any products that are returned without the requisite information shall be returned at the purchaser’s cost and expense.
Warranty Exclusions
Except against defects in material and workmanship and as expressly warranted by GOLFBUDDY, GOLFBUDDY Disclaims all warranties, express and implied, applicable to products, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty that any product is delivered free of claims of third parties by way of infringement or the like. GOLFBUDDY disclaims all express and implied warranties applicable. To products accessories and products which are not manufactured by GOLFBUDDY. GOLFBUDDY further disclaims all warranties applicable to products that are accepted by the purchaser but are subsequently damaged as a result of the following events:

• Product purchased through the internet, other e-commerce channels, or any distributor or retailer that obtained the product from a supplier or distributor not authorized by GOLFBUDDY.
• My and all loss or damage to the product during transit.
• Improper or non-recommended use, storage or handling of the product, use of the product with non-GOLFBUDDY components such as USB cables or charges, misuse, operation at settings other than those recommended or specified, non-compliance with instructions or guidelines set forth in the User’s Operation Manual. it,
• Modification or alteration of the Product in any manner, including but not limited to, removal or addition of any component or part by purchaser or unauthorized service provider, or any accidental or intentional damage to the product.
• My loss of software, firmware, data information, memory data contained on any products returned to GOLFBUDDY for repair, or those modifications necessary due to a change in the GPS made by the U.S. government or any other governmental agencies.
• Use of product in contravention with the laws of any country.

Limitation of Warranty
GOLFBUDDY shall not, in any event, be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or liquidated damages or penalties, including claims for lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities, even if GOLFBUDDY had or should have had any knowledge, actual or constructive, of the possibility of such damages. GOLFEIUDDY’s total liability for any claim arising hereunder shall not exceed the purchase price that the purchaser paid for the product
