Device Activation

App Download

Scan the provided code using your mobile device to download the CUDIS App.

Device Setup

1. Open the CUDIS App on your mobile device.
2. Select the Device option.
3. Click on the “…” icon located at the right front corner of the page.

Adding Device

Select “Add Device” within the app, then click on the Connect button in the CUDIS Wellness option card to successfully add the device.
