IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Caution
Do not connect Gauge to pressures above 150 psi.
Over pressurizing the tool may cause bursting, abnormal operation, breakage of the tool or serious injury to persons.

BEFORE EACH USE,
Inspect the general condition of the tool. Check for:

  • loose fittings
  • Cracked or deformed O-rings
  • Damaged pressure gauge or hose
  • Any other condition that may affect its safe operation.

If a problem occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.
Do not use damaged equipment.

Specifications

  • Range: 5 –150 PSI
  • Battery Requirement: (2) AAA

Controls

Remove and Install Chuck

  1. Place wrench on Hose.

  2. Place wrench on Chuck.

  3. Turn Chuck counterclockwise to remove.

  4. Wrap PTFE Tape on Hose
    Threads to prevent leaks.

  5. Place desired Chuck onto Hose and turn clockwise to tighten.

Operating Instructions

Note: Backlight feature aids readability in low light settings. Backlight will turn off after 15 seconds of non-use. Press the Mode button once to turn on the backlight if display is already on.

  1. Pull back Anti-Shock Cover from Pressure Gauge.

  2. Remove Battery Cover on back of Pressure Gauge.

  3. Remove Insulating Strip from Batteries.

  4. Replace Battery Cover.

  5. Replace Anti-Shock Cover.

  6. Press ON button.
    Note: Gauge automatically zeros when turned on.

  7. Press MODE button until desired measurement unit is shown.

  8. Push Chuck Head onto valve stem of tire.

  9. Read displayed pressure.

  10. If needed, press Bleed Valve to reduce tire pressure. New pressure will be displayed.

  11. Remove Chuck Head.
    Note: Gauge will shut off automatically after 90 seconds of non-use.

Battery Removal and Replacement

CAUTION: Do not install old and new batteries together. Do not install alkaline, carbon-zinc or rechargeable batteries together. Position batteries in proper polarity.
Do not use swollen or leaking batteries.

  1. Pull back Anti-Shock Cover from Pressure Gauge.
  2. Remove Battery Cover on back of Pressure Gauge.
  3. Remove and replace Batteries.

Note: If product has no serial number, record month and year of purchase instead.
