DIGITAL TIRE INFLATOR
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Do not exceed the maximum pressure of the tire. Consult vehicle
recommendations for optimum and safe pressure.
If a problem occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.
Do not use damaged equipment.

Never connect to an air source that is capable of exceeding 150 psi.
Over pressurizing the tool may cause bursting, abnormal operation, breakage of the tool, or serious injury to persons. Use only clean, dry, regulated compressed air at the rated pressure or within the rated pressure range as marked on the tool. Always verify prior to using the tool that the air source has been adjusted to the rated air pressure or within the rated air-pressure range. -
Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide, combustible gases or any bottled gas as an air source for the tool. Such gases are capable of explosion and serious injury to persons.
BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the tool. Check for:
- loose fittings
- cracked or deformed o-rings
- damaged pressure gauge or hose
- any other condition that may affect its safe operation.

Controls
Remove and Install Chuck
- Place wrench on Hose.
- Place wrench on Chuck
- Turn Chuck counterclockwise to remove.
- Wrap PTFE Tape on Hose Threads to prevent leaks.
- Place desired Chuck onto Connecting Air Hose and turn clockwise to tighten.
Operating Instructions
Note: The backlight feature aids readability in low light settings. The backlight will turn off after 15 seconds of non-use. Press the Mode button once to turn on the backlight if the display is already on.

Pull back Anti-Shock Cover from Pressure Gauge.

Remove Battery Cover on back of Pressure Gauge.

Remove Insulating Strip from the Batteries.

Replace Battery Cover.

Replace Anti-Shock Cover.

Wrap PTFE Tape on desired Plug Threads to prevent leaks.

Place Plug into Air Inlet on Gun Body and turn with a wrench until tight.

Connect the compressed air source to Plug.

Press the ON button.
Note: Gauge automatically zeros when turned on. -
Press the MODE button until desired measurement unit is shown.

Push Chuck Head onto the valve stem of the tire.

Read the displayed pressure.

Press Trigger to inflate the tire, and release Trigger when proper pressure is displayed.

If needed, press Bleed Valve to reduce tire pressure. New pressure will be displayed.

Remove Chuck Head.
Note: Gauge will shut off automatically after 90 seconds of non-use.
Battery Removal and Replacement
CAUTION! Do not install old and new batteries together. Do not install alkaline, carbon-zinc, or rechargeable batteries together. Position batteries in proper polarity. Do not use swollen or leaking batteries.
- Pull back Anti-Shock Cover from Pressure Gauge.
- Remove Battery Cover on back of Pressure Gauge.
- Remove and replace Batteries.
