OPERATION GUIDANCE

(Power Button)- For checking battery level, turning on the charging function, and changing the mode of LED and Emergency light (Normal/ Strobe / SOS mode). (12V / 24V Switch)- For choosing the voltage (12V Mode) (24V Mode)
A. If jump start the 12V vehicle, set (12V / 24V Switch)to (12V Mode)
B. If jump start the 24V vehicle, set (12V / 24V Switch)to (24V Mode) (LED / Emergency Light Switch)- For choosing the LED or Emergency light. (BOOST Button)- If jump start the 24V vehicles or 12V vehicles with a battery at a extremely low voltage or ZERO voltage, this button must be pressed down for 3 seconds until the indicator light above the corresponding (12V Mode) or ( 24V Mode) is on .

CHARGING THE Hummer

Connect Hummer using the included AC adapter or using the supplied car charger and charge from the cigarette lighter socket of 12V or 24V vehicle .
The charging time of Hummer will differ based on the power source used.

JUMP STARTING A VEHICLE:

Before jump starting the vehicle, ensure that the battery level of the Hummer is sufficient for jump starting (i.e over THREE lights)

JUMP STARTING STEPS:

  1. Before jump starting the vehicle, please check below carefully. Make sure the (12V / 24V Switch) is set on the right voltage mode: (12V Mode) for 12V vehicle while (24V Mode) for 24V vehicle.
    Make sure the battery level of Hummer is above 60% (At least 3 indicator lights stay ON).0

Attention:
When jump starting 12 vehicle, never set the (12V/24V Switch) to (24V Mode) and never press the (BOOST Button) when it is on (24V Mode).

  1. Connect the jumper cable to the drained battery of the vehicle. Connect RED clamp to the positive “+” terminal and BLACK clamp to the negative “-” terminal.

Attention:

  * If both (12V Indicator) & (24V Indicator) are flashing rapidly, means incorrect connection of the jumper cable clamps and battery terminals, reverse  polarity protection will be in place to cut the power. Please check and reconnect it.
  * Many vehicles feature alternate starting points, away from the Battery. Always use the alternate starting points whenever available.
  1. If (12V Indicator) is ON, it’s ready to jump start 12V vehicle. To jump start a 24V vehicle, please press down the (BOOST Button) for 2-3 seconds until the (24V Indicator) is ON, it’s ready to jump start.

  2. Now attempt to start the engine. If engine does not start, wait at least 10 seconds before attempting to start the engine again.

  3. After jump starting, disconnect the BLACK NEG (–) clamp first,  thendisconnect the RED POS (+) clamp. Leave the vehicle’s engine running.

JUMP STARTING WARNINGS

  • DON’T connect the RED and the BLACK clamps to each other or connect the two clamps to any metal to prevent physical injury or damage to the vehicle.
  • DON’T use the jumper cable for any purpose other than jump
  • starting a vehicle.
  • Always check to see if the jumper cable clamps are properly connected. DON’T attempt to jump start after THREE attempts to prevent damage to the main unit. Check your vehicle to see if it has any other problems.
  • DON’T crank the engine continuously for more than 5 seconds each me.
  • Stay clear of the vehicle battery while jump starting.
  • Use this product in a ventilated area. Wear safety glasses or goggles to protect your eyes when using the product.
  • Turn off the ignition before connecting the jumper cable clamps to the vehicle battery.
  • Never connect to the fuel line, fuel injector or carburetor as the engine ground.
  • Keep away from children to prevent accident.

CHARGING USB DEVICES (e.g SMARTPHONES):

  1. Make sure the electronic device is 5V powered.
  2. Connect the supplied USB cable to the USB output port of the Hummer and connect to the electronic device for charging. (If the supplied cable is not suitable for your device, you can select your own appropriate USB charging cable).
  3. The USB port will accept standard USB cables included with your electronic device.
  4. Press the(Power button)to start charging the electronic device.

TURNING ON/OFF THE LED LIGHT/EMERGENCY LIGHT:¨

  1. (LED / Emergency Light Switch) Stay in the middle, means OFF.
  2. Slide the switch to the left, the LED light will light up. You can press the (Power Button) lightly to select the LED light mode by sequence (Normal, Strobe, SOS mode).
  3. Slide the switch to the right, the Emergency light will light up. You can press the(Power Button) lightly to select the LED light mode by sequence (Normal, Strobe,  SOS mode).

TURNING OFF THE Hummer:

The Hummer has a built-in energy saving feature that will automatically turn the unit off after the connected USB device has been fully charged or no load to the charger.

FAQ:

Q1: What are the features of the Hummer ?

A1: Apart from jump starter function, the Hummer can be used to charge portable electronic devices, such as mobile smart phones, tablets, portable gaming system, digital cameras, camcorders, portable GPS devices, and any other DC 5V powered electronic devices. It can also jump start a drained car battery with the supplied jump start cables. There’s also an included ultra- bright LEDlight that can be used as a torch light.

Q2: Can this device jump start a 12V and 24V vehicle?

A2: Yes. If you want to jump start a 12V vehicle, please make sure to select the (12V mode) by sliding the(12V/24V Switch)to the left. Once the (12V indicator) light is on, it’s ready to jump start. If not, press and hold the (BOOST Button) for 3 seconds until the light is on before jump start. If you want to jump start a 24V vehicle, please make sure to select the (24V mode) by sliding the(12V/24V Switch)to the right, press down the (BOOST Button) for 2-3 seconds until the light is on, it’s ready to jump start.

Q3: When the vehicle is out of battery or disconnected with battery, can this device jump start the vehicle?

A3: Yes. First, carefully select the right voltage mode for your vehicles and set the (12V/24V Switch) to the left – 12V mode for 12V vehicle or to the right – 24V mode for 24V vehicle. After setting, connect the positive and the negative terminal correctly, then press the (BOOST Button), it’s ready to jump start the car.

Q4: How does the Sparkless Smart Cable work?

A4: If the (12V Indicator) light is on, means ready to jump start a 12V vehicle; If the (24V Indicator) light is on, means ready to jump start a 24V vehicle. If both (12V Indicator) & (24V Indicator) lights are flashing rapidly, means incorrect connection of the jumper cable clamps and battery terminals, please double check and reconnect; If no indicator lights is on, means the jump starter with low battery, need to recharge.

Q5: Will reversing polarity connections of the jump start cable damage the vehicle?

A5: Not at all, Hummer is very safe with “Dual Reversing Polarity Protection”. If you accidentally connect the RED and BLACK cable clamps to the wrong polarity terminal and attempt to jump start the vehicle, both the (12V Indicator)and (24V Indicator) lights will be flashing rapidly. The Reverse Polarity Protection will be in place and cut the power immediately to prevent injury and avoid damaging the vehicle.

Q6: What if Hummer doesn’t jump start the vehicle?

A6: If Hummer fails to jump start the engine, please wait at least 10 seconds before attempting to try again and please do not continuous cranking for over 5 seconds each time. If still not succeed after 3 attempts, it may be due to other problems of the vehicle. Do not try to crank the engine continuously for more than 10 times in a row. It is also highly recommended to replace the vehicle battery once every 2-3 years.

Q7: How many times can the Hummer jump start a vehicle?

Approximately 10 times with a 100% fully charged battery. Results may vary depending on user usage and vehicle engine displacement.

Q8: How long is the Hummer standby time?

The standby time of the Hummer is up to 12 months if it is fully charged. It is recommended to charge the Hummer every 3 months to prolong its service life. Result may vary depending on the owner usage.

Q9: How long will it take to fully charge the Hummer to the maximum battery level?

It takes about 8 hours.

How long will it take to fully charge a mobile phone?

It will take about 1 hour.

Q11: How to turn off the Hummer ?

The Hummer has an auto turn-off feature. Once the connected electronic device has been fully charged or no load to the charger, the Hummer will automatically stop charging and enter into sleeping mode.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Finding Cause Remedies
There is no response when pressing the (Power Button) on the Hummer The low
voltage protection is in place and the electronic circuit has been shut off.

Plug the charging adapter into the charging port to activate the electronic circuit.
(12V/24V Switch)is set on (12V Mode) jumper cable is well connected but no response when jump starting 12V vehicle.| The vehicle battery is either at extremely low or ZERO voltage, or is not connected with a battery.| Press down the (BOOST Button) for 2-3 seconds until the (12V Indicator) light is on, and it’s ready to jump start. ** For 12V vehicle, make sure (12V/24V Switch) is set

to (12V Mode).

(12V/24V Switch) on (24V Mode), jumper cable is well connected but no response when jump starting 24V vehicle| The vehicle battery is either at extremely low or ZERO voltage, or is not connected with a battery.| Press down the (BOOST Button) button for 2-3 seconds until the (24V Indicator) light is on, and it’s ready to jump start. ** For 24V vehicle, make sure (12V/24V Switch) is set

to 24V Mode.

Both (12V Indicator) & (24V Indicator) lights are flashing rapidly| Reverse Polarity Protection is in place due to incorrect connection between the jumper cable clamps and the battery terminal of vehicles.| Connect the red clamp to the positive “+”terminal, connect the black clamp to the negative “-“ terminal.
The engine keeps cranking but eventually could not start.| May be due to other issue of the vehicle, not the battery.| Please stop jump starting the vehicle and seek for professional technicians to indentify the problem.

  • If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
