Downloading APP
Before connecting, make sure your wristband is on, and your phone’s Bluetooth
connection is active.
After that, you’ll need to download and install the “GoBand” application,
either by scanning the lower QR code, or by downloading it directly from your
app store.

Android Systems: Smartphones with Bluetooth 4.0 and with Android 4.3 or
higher and WeChat 6.0 or higher.
Apple Systems: iPhones and iPads with iOS 7.0 or higher and WeChat 6.0 or
higher.
Bracelet Display
After turning on the wristband display, you can go through the functions of Time, Date, Steps, Distance, Calories, Camera and Music, in this order, after each press of the main button on the bracelet.

Frequent questions

I keep losing the connection between the Smartphone and the bracelet.
***** Solution: please check the settings of your Smartphone to see if “goBand” has been authorized and considered of confidence. -
The bracelet cannot be found by the Smartphone.
***** Solution:Turn off the Bluetooth on your Smartphone, and then turn it on again and look for it again. -
I cannot receive incoming call notifications even though the bracelet and phone are synchronized.
***** Solution: In Android versions, in the Phone Settings, allow “Go Band” access your calls and messages, as well as work in the background. -
IMPORTANT: Please remove the wristband when swimming, surfing, showering or entering a sauna or steam cabin.
Note: Different smartphone operating systems, or usage environments, can cause connectivity and other prolllems. Please contact the seller to solve any problems you may encounter that do not appear in this user manual.
Using App
Note: The bracelet should be connected to the App. Please never try to
connect it directly to the phone.
Register an account, and then enter the application to be able to check your
sports records at any time, from anywhere. Once you have entered, you will be
taken to the home page. Click on “Target setting” to set your goals for steps,
distances, calories and sleep. Click the icon in the upper left corner to
enter the main menu.
Click “Device” in the main menu to connect, the device”SMART’ should appear.
Then press “ “to connect the device (the color of the icon is green if the
Bluetooth connection was successful, otherwise it is gray).
Click” ” to disconnect the device on the search page, and then delete “SMART”
from the phone settings to permanently unlink the device.
Click on the profile of the home page to enter your personal information, and
the device will calculate the data such as distances, calories, etc.,
according to the data you entered. Then you can synchronize the data with the
application by clicking on “synchronous data”.
Column charts will show your sports records every hour after a while. Sleep
quality can be checked by clicking on “Sleep” next to “Exercise”.
Click the settings icon on the homepage to activate anti-lost function, music control, remote camera and call and message announcers (call reminder and messages is on by default in iOS9.0 and above}.
