Children should be supervised to prevent playing with the device.
- If smoke appears, turn off the appliance immediately and disconnect it from the mains.
- It is forbidden to cook dishes on an open flame under the appliance. Avoid an open flame, as it damages the filters and can lead to a fire. Do not allow a flare flame to appear under the appliance. The flame of the burners should always be covered with dishes.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors.
- Be careful! The surface of the device may heat up during its operation.
- If the connecting pipe consists of two or more parts, then the up- per part should be located on top of the lower part. Do not connect the discharge from the appliance to the hot air circulation channel or to the channel used to remove smoke from devices powered by energy other than electrical.
- Before starting to assemble the device, disconnect the grease filter to facilitate its installation.
- If there is no plug on the cable, install a plug designed to work with the load indicated on the characteristics table. If the device is equipped with a plug, then install the device in such a way that the plug is accessible.
- In the case of direct connection to the power grid, a multi-pole switch with a contact gap of at least 3 mm, designed for the desired load and meeting current standards, must be placed between the device and the network.

COMPLETENESS AND DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE
- Hood assembly – 1 pc.
- Lamp – 1 pc.
- Plastic anchor – 6 pcs.
- Self-tapping screw for fixing the hood to the wall – 6 pcs.
- Air outlet plug – 1 pc.
- Flange/check valve – 1 pc.
- A lobe for mounting on a flange (for performing the function of a check valve by a flange) – 2 pcs.
- User Manual – 1 pc.
The device has 2 ventilation holes. One is located at the top, the other at
the back. Both holes can be used by you if necessary. A flange is attached to
the device, to which the smoke extraction tube is connected, and a plug
covering an unused vent.
CONTROL PANEL
The control panel is equipped with mechanical buttons. With their help, you
can set one of the three operating speeds, as well as turn on the backlight.
CIRCULATION MODE
The hood can operate in circulation mode. In this case, the air will not flow
outside the room, but will exit through the ventilation holes on the front
panel of the hood.
WORKING PROCEDURE
Before installing the hood, make sure that:
- the distance from the bottom surface of the hood is at least 65 cm from the heating plane of the electric furnace or 75 cm from the heating plane of the gas furnace;
- the length of the electric cord is sufficient to connect the hood to the mains;
- nothing will damage the electric cord during further operation;
- there is a possibility of duct equipment.
Before starting to assemble the device, disconnect the grease filter to facilitate its installation. The hood removes smoke into the atmosphere through the outer wall of the building or through an existing ventilation shaft. For this purpose, it is necessary to purchase a sliding non-flammable chimney that complies with current regulations and connect it to the flange. The hood can be mounted in several ways.
WALL MOUNTING
Measure the distance on the wall for mounting the hood. Drill two holes with a
diameter of 8 mm, as shown in Figure 1. Make sure that the anchors and screws
included in the package are suitable for the type of wall on which the hood
will be mounted. Install the anchors, tighten the screws. Remove the
protective film from the hood, then install the hood on the screws.
There are 2 holes with a diameter of 6 mm on the back panel of the hood. Fix
the hood to the wall with protective screws using these holes. Install a
flange on top of the hood.
MOUNTING UNDER A HINGED CABINET
ATTENTION! The air duct hole must be drilled at the bottom of the
cabinet. The second hole can be either in the upper part of the cabinet or in
its back wall, depending on how you have planned the ventilation. You can also
use any available types of pipe, both rigid and soft, to divert air. Measure
the distance at the bottom of the hood mounting cabinet.
Drill four holes with a diameter of 6 mm, as shown in Figure 2. Install the
flange on the hood. Remove the protective film from the hood, then screw the
hood to the cabinet.
Both methods of installing the hood allow air drainage through the rear duct.
Before installing the hood, remove the factory-installed protective panel from
the rear opening. In this case, the exhaust outlet on the wall should be
exactly opposite the exhaust duct, the flange is not installed (the rear air
outlet is rectangular), and a plug is installed on the upper air outlet. It is
also permissible to use both ir vents at the same time – upper and rear. In
this case, a flange should be installed on the upper one. But in practice, one
hole is quite enough to carry out effective ventilation.
CIRCULATION MODE
Switching between the circulation and ventilation modes is carried out using a
lever (see Fig. 3).
In order for the hood to work in recirculation mode, air outlet plugs must be installed.
CARE OF THE DEVICE
Disconnect the power cord from the mains and allow the engine to cool down. Remove the anti-fat aluminum filters. Rinse them in warm soapy water, then dry them and put them in the hood. This procedure should be performed at least once a month. A filter contaminated with grease is:
- Risk of fire. Oil stuck on the filter is flammable and can cause a fire.
- Decrease in the efficiency of air drainage.
- Risk of failure of the device. Contaminated filters do not provide sufficient air conductivity, which can cause engine overload.
Wash the hood regularly, removing all food residues, fat and other
contaminants. Wipe the outer surface only with a damp soft cloth with the
addition of detergent.
Storage and operation of the hood should be carried out in dry heated rooms at
a temperature not lower than + 5 °C and a relative humidity of not more than
80%.
Transportation of the product should be carried out in accordance with the
marking indicated on the package. After transporting the hood in conditions of
low temperature, it is allowed to use the device only after two hours of its
stay in a warm room.
We apologize if the scope of delivery, dimensions, description, technical
characteristics, appearance or color of the product turned out to be
inaccurate. The manufacturer reserves the right to change these parameters
without prior notice, as a result of which, at the time of purchase of a
particular product, they may differ from those indicated earlier.
POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND WAYS TO FIX THEM
- Before contacting the service center, check the following: Make sure that the hood is connected to the mains. Check the mains voltage.
