Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate, or install the product.
WARNING
- ALWAYS read instructions fully before attempting to use product.
- ALWAYS inspect your cart to be sure that it is in good condition and free of any damage BEFORE use. If damage is found during inspection, do not use cart until it has been repaired.
- ALWAYS keep this instruction manual for future reference.
- ALWAYS distribute loads evenly on surface of Poly Bin tray.
- NEVER exceed the maximum load capacity of 600 Ibs. or maximum dumping capacity of 300 lbs.
- NEVER load top rim of Poly Bin.
- NEVER allow unsupervised children to operate cart.
- NEVER use cart to transport passengers.
- NEVER use cart on a highway. Cart is for off-road use only.
- NEVER tow cart at speeds higher than 5 MPH.
- NEVER use cart on surfaces that will likely damage the pneumatic tires.
- NEVER exceed 30 PSI when inflating the pneumatic tires.
PREPARATION
TOOLS REQUIRED: 17mm Wrench, 24mm Wrench or Adjustable Wrench, 5mm Hex Key
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Remove contents and ensure that all contents are present.

Remove Bin Mounting Bolts from Fastener Kit.

Install the four (4) Bin Mounting Bolts from the inside of the Poly Bin so that the shanks are extending from the bottom side of the bin.
Hardware Used
Bin Mounting Bolt: x4

Invert Frame and place on top of the Poly Bin, positioning it so that the pivot tube is located between the four (4) bolts inserted into Poly Bin in step 3.

Locate Pivot Plate and place over the pivot tube. Align mounting holes in Pivot Plate with four (4) bolts extending through the Poly Bin. Secure using provided Lock Nuts, then tighten fasteners.

17mm Wrench
Lock Nut: x4

Install Bearing Plate onto the axle stud extending from the cross bar on the forward section of the frame.

Mount Steering Axle onto axle stud.

Use provided Washer and Lock Nut to secure in place. For best results, it is recommended that you tighten nut until it is fully seated, then loosen the nut approximately 1/4-1/2 turn.

Attach Steering Tube to Steering Axle by inserting Clevis Pin through the mounting hole in both the tube and axle. Mount Spring Clip through the hole at the end of the Clevis Pin.

NOTE: If your Garden Cart Hardware includes Cotter Pins, go to page 6.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (FOR LYNCH PIN) -
Install front Wheel Assemblies onto Steering Axle. Install one Washer, then open circle lock on Lynch Pin to insert into the hole on the axle. Close circle lock.
Hardware Used
Washer: x2
Lynch Pin: x2 -
Insert the threaded end of the Rear Axle Bolt into the through-hole in frame. Install the Washer and Nut, then tighten in place.

Install the Wheel Assembly onto the pin end of the Axle Bolt assembly. Install one Washer, then open circle lock on Lynch Pin to insert into the hole on the axle. Close circle lock.

24mm Wrench or Adjustable Wrench
Rear Axle Bolt: x2
Washer: x2
Lock Nut : x2
Lynch Pin: x2″
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (FOR COTTER PIN) -
Install front Wheel Assemblies onto Steering Axle. Then install one Washer and one Cotter Pin to secure each wheel. Use needle nose pliers to bend the tip of the Cotter Pin so that it cannot be pulled back through the hole.

Cotter Pin: x2 -
Insert the threaded end of the Rear Axle Bolt into the through-hole in frame. Install the Washer and Lock Nut, then tighten in place. Next, install the Wheel Assembly onto the pin end of the Axle Bolt assembly, install a Washer, then a Cotter Pin to secure the wheel in place.

Use needle nose pliers to bend the tip of the Cotter Pin so that it cannot be pulled back through the hole.

Cotter Pin: x2 -
Turn Cart Assembly over so that it comes to rest on its wheels.

Starting inside of the cart, insert a bolt into each hole. Attach the handle. Secure a Washer and a Lock Nut onto each bolt.
