How to extend the life of your Vehicle Positioning Wheel Dollies
- Ensure all castor fasteners are positioned correctly and tightened before use.
- Regularly lubricate all castors bearings and wheels for ease of movement once loaded.
- For safe movement of your Vehicle Positioning Wheel Dolly whilst under load, always make sure the vehicle wheel is centred across the dolly to ensure equal load distribution across the four castors.
- The 1181T Wheel Dollies each have a Platform Dimension of 400 x 300mm, for your safety you should not exceed 245mm Maximum tyre width and 750mm Maximum Tyre Outside Diameter.
- DO NOT operate these vehicle positioning Wheel Dollies on inclined surfaces. These vehicle positioning Wheel Dollies must only be used on hard level surfaces.
- DO NOT attempt to push vehicle positioning Wheel Dollies over obstacles. These Wheel Dollies are designed to be used on level, smooth surfaces only.
- When using one pair of Dollies SECURELY CHOCK wheels remaining on the ground until the vehicle is ready to be manoeuvred.
- When using two pairs of Dollies the manoeuvring of the vehicle MUST be performed by a minimum of TWO PERSONS.
