  • A: When removing the lockbox shackle, your mobile app will display the current lockbox battery level.

Introduction

  • The Supra Invoy® electronic lockbox can be placed on listings to hold the listing’s keys.
  • Available with standard or long shackles, Envoy lockboxes can be accessed using the Supra Mobile App.
  • For information on operation, go to the Tips & Support page on www.suprasystems.com.
  • The Envoy lockbox uses Bluetooth to communicate.
  • When interacting with the lockboxes, the distance between the key and the lockbox should be less than three feet.

Key Container

  • These lockboxes have a large key container and can hold several listing keys or gate cards.
  • To prevent possible sticking of the key container, verify all items are positioned well inside the key container before closing.
  • Do not place any keys, cards, or other items on the back of the key container.
  • If you are a listing agent, always make sure you have a spare set of keys before closing the key container.
  • To close the key container, turn it so the compartment holding the keys is facing you. Insert the key container into the bottom of the lockbox and push up on the key container until it clicks and latches.

Shackle
The shackle is removed easily in one step. After performing the Release Shackle process with the mobile app, hold the lockbox and push down firmly on the top of the shackle, then pull up on the shackle to completely remove it. To replace the shackle, line up the shackle with the lockbox and push it down until it clicks into place.

Battery

  • You do not need to replace the battery in the Invoy because it uses a long-life lithium battery. No maintenance is required and the battery is designed to last the life of the product — a minimum of six (6) years.
  • When removing the lockbox shackle, your mobile app will display the current lockbox battery level.

Invoy Care

  • Always hang the lockbox in a vertical position and place it where moisture from rain or snow cannot run into the key container. Avoid hanging the lockbox where sprinklers or faucets will spray the key container.
  • Invoy is design to operate in temperatures ranging from -22F (-30°C) to 167F (+75°C).
  • In extremely hot climates, place the lockbox in the shade to prevent it from becoming too hot, which may reduce battery life.
  • In extremely cold weather conditions, place the lockbox where it can be protected from precipitation.
