SABBAT Q12 Open Wearable Stereo Earbuds
Product Usage Instructions
- Connect the provided charging cable to the device.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a power source.
- The LED indicator will turn red while charging and green when fully charged.
- Turn on the device by pressing and holding the power button.
- Enable Bluetooth on your device and search for available devices.
- Select “Open Wearable Stereo” from the list of available devices to pair.
- Once paired, play music on your connected device.
- Adjust the volume using the buttons on the device.
- To skip tracks, press the forward or backward buttons.

Easy pairing connection
- The earbuds are taken out of the package and placed in the charging case. Theearbuds are charging when the white light is on.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case,the earbuds will be in pairing mode. One of earbuds will flash white lights, while the other earbud stop to flash lights, that means the earbuds are paired successfully.
- Open the phone Bluetooth Search Bluetooth name: Sabbat Q12 Click Connect
- After the earbuds are used, put it directly into the charging case and the earbuds turn off.
- Use the earbuds again, take out both earbuds, both earbuds are auto pair and connect the phone Bluetooth.
If the left and right earbuds do not connect within 1 minute, the earbuds will enter standby mode, if necessary please turn off the earbuds and follow the above steps to connect.
Single-use
- A. Remove one of the earbuds (any earbuds) from the charging case, it will automatically power on and reconnect the Bluetooth device independently.
- B. When using both earbuds, put one of earbuds back into the charging case, and the other earbud will still work and remain connected

FAQ
- The phone can not search the Bluetooth earbud device
- Cancel all Bluetooth connections in your mobile phone. and then re-open and search the Bluetooth.
- The earbuds have problems with interrupting or disconnection during calls or music time
- Bluetooth earbuds power shortage.
- The distance between cell phone and Bluetooth earbuds more than 10 meters.
- There is a large area of signal blocking objects between the phone and the Bluetooth earbuds, for example, the wall.
- Aleft and right ear pairing is not synchronized, it is recommended to restart the earbuds and repair.
- Bluetooth earbuds’ s sound quality is not ideal?
- The new earbuds need to be used for a longer time, it is recommended to play the music for some time to age the earbuds, after that, the sound quality will be improved a lot.
Restore to factory settings/Reset
- Disconnect and unpair the Bluetooth earbuds from the mobile devices.
- Press both earbuds for 6 seconds to turn off, and ensure that both earbuds are turned off.
- Press the both earbuds at the same time for about 20 seconds.
- Put both earbuds into the charging case, wait for the white light to turn on for 2 seconds, and take them out. Pairing successfully, when one of earbuds flashes white light and the other earbud does not light up.
- After successfully pairing, reconnect to the mobile devices.
