MERKURY BS780-2 Halo Speaker High Definition Stereo Speaker
ON-BOARD CONTROLS(TOP)
The Halo high-def stereo Bluetooth® speaker has three easy-to-use buttons on the top panel that control power, volume, and the LED light.
- Power On/Off: Press and hold this button to turn the speaker on or off.
- Volume Up: Press button to increase the volume.
- Volume Down/LED Light:
- Press this button to decrease the volume.
- Press button twice to cycle through the three brightness levels of the LED light
- Press and hold button to turn the LED light on or off.
- USB-C Charging Port: Plug the USB-C charging cable into this port to recharge the speaker.

CHARGE
- Connect the speaker to a SV-1 A USB Charger or USB charging wall adapter using the included charging cable.
- The LED light will turn on while charging.
- The LED light will turn off automatically when fully charged.
PAIR & CONNECT
- Press and hold the power button on the speaker to turn it ON or OFF
- Make sure the speaker is turned ON
- On your Bluetooth’ enabled device, navigate to the Bluetooth” settings menu, turn on the
- Bluetooth feature, and search for new devices.
- Wait a few seconds & select “MERKURY BTl 26” the speaker will emit a tone when successfully paired.
NOTE: If your device’s Bluetooth version is below version 2.1, you may need to enter the password “0000”.
PLAY
- Connect your device to the speaker via Bluetooth® (see “Pair & Connect with a New Device’1
- Open your favorite music app and press play.
- Control the music tracks & volume from your device
NOTE : All audio, including music, games, videos, and notifications will be routed through the speaker.
TRUE WIRELESS STEREO(TWS) FUNCTION:
The Halo speaker supports True Wireless Stereo(TWS) function, which allows you to connect two speakers together for an even more immersive listening experience. Here’s how to use the TWS function:
- Turn on both speakers
- Double click the Volume Up button on one of the speakers.
- The LED light on the speaker you double-clicked will flash and you will hear a voice prompt indicating that the speaker is in pairing mode
- Search for the pairing name “MERKURY BT126” on your Bluetooth® device and connect to it
- The two speakers will now be connected and will play together.
RECONNECT TO BLUETOOTH®
- You only need to pair your Bluetooth• device with the speaker once.
- With your previously paired device’s Bluetooth® turned on & in range, power on the speaker.
- The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last Bluetoot冲device it was connected to.
- If you have a previously paired device that does not auto-reconnect, navigate to the Bluetooth settings menu on your device, turn on the Bluetooth feature, and select
“MERKURY BT126” from your list of paired Bluetooth® devices
TROUBLESHOOTING
-
No power
Recharge your Halo speaker using the included USB type C charging cable. If not working try using a different cable. -
Music is not playing over Bluetooth®
Make sure your Bluetooth® device has A2DP profile. Check if both devices are paired and connected over Bluetooth Restart the speaker to reconnect your Bluetooth® device. -
Bluetooth® device will not reconnect with the speaker
Navigate to your Bluetooth® settings menu on your Bluetooth” device, tap “MERKURY BT126” and select “Forget”. Now follow the steps to pair your device again.
