Troubleshooting

I’ve charged the power bank, but I can’t charge my device.
If you’re experiencing difficulties charging your device, it could be due to overheating. The powerbank is equipped with a safety circuit to protect the internal lithium-ion battery. This circuit automatically halts power output if the power bank becomes too hot. Please allow the power bank to cool down in a well ventilated area before attempting to use it again.

Why has the capacity of my power bank decreased over time?
The powerbank utilizes a built-in lithium-ion battery. Over time and with regular use, the chemical composition and high energy output of any lithium- ion battery naturally diminish, resulting in a decrease in performance and capacity.
