Use
Charging
Charge the charging case and earphones fully before first use.
Connect the included USB-C cable between the charging port on the back of the charging case and a USB power adapter. Connect the USB power adapter to a wall socket. The charging case’s LED indicator lights up red during charging and turns off ‘when the charging case s fully charged.
Place the earphones in the charging case to charge them. Both earphones has an LED indicator that lights up red during charging. The LED indicators turn off when the earphones are fully charged
Power on/off
Take the earphones out of the charging case. The earphones’ LED indicator
lights up and the earphones turn on automatically. If the LED indicators do
not light up when the earphones are taken out of the charging case, place the
earphones back in the charging case, charge the case and try again.
Place the earphones back in the charging case to turn them off.
Pairing
Before pairing, make sure the earphones are placed in the charging case
Remove the earphones from the charging case. The earphones pair together automatically and the LED indicators start flashing rapidly. Open the Bluetooth settings on ‘your smart device and connect to “Linocell BTH13″. The LED indicators stop flashing rapidly to confirm the pairing was successful. The earphones automatically connect to the last paired smart device the next time they are removed from the case.
Note! The earphones power off automatically after 5 minutes if they have not been paired with a device via Bluetooth,
Control music and calls
Play or pause music/end call: double press the Multifunction button on
either earphone
Answer an incoming call: press the Multifunction button on either
earphone.
Reject an incoming call: press and hold the Multifunction button on
either earphone for 2 seconds.
Increase volume: press the Multifunction button on the right earphone.
Decrease volume: press the Multifunction button on the left earphone.
Next track: press and hold the Multifunction button on the right earphone
for 1 second.
Previous track: press and hold the Multifunction button on left earphone
for 1 second.
Voice assistant: triple press the Multifunction button on either
earphone.
Reset
Take the earphones out of the charging case. Press the multifunction button on both earphones at the same time rapidly 6 times. The LED indicators light up red and the earphones are reset. Place the earphones back in the case.
Follow the instructions under “Troubleshooting - > Problem 2″ in this manual to remove the connection between the earphones and your smart device.
Troubleshooting
Problem 1: Pairing fails.
If the pairing process keeps failing, try the following:
- Restart your smart device.
- Keep the earphones and your smart device within 10 meters of each other during pairing.
- Make sure there are no obstacles between the earphones and your smart device during pairing, or signal interferences nearby (for example thick walls or a radio transmitter such as a wifi router or repeater).
Follow the instructions under “Pairing” in this manual to connect the earphones to your smart device.
Problem 2: | paired the earphones with my phone previously, but they fail
to pair again.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smart device. Go to the Bluetooth
settings for ‘your smart device. Find “My devices”/“Paired devices”, locate
“Linocell BTH13″ in the list and tap the “ ” icon. Select the option “Forget
This Device”
Follow the instructions under “Pairing” in this manual to connect the earphones to your smart device.
Problem 3: The connection to the earphones is not stable.
Make sure that the distance between your earphones and smart device is not
more than 10 meters. Make sure there are no objects between the earphones and
your smart device, or that a radio transmitter or wifi signal is interfering.
Problem 4: The earphones’ battery power depletes rapidly.
The earphones’ playtime varies depending on the volume level and audio
content. Place the earphones back into the charging case after use to avoid
unnecessary power consumption.
Problem 5: The earphones are automatically reconnecting to my phone while
being charged in the charging case.
If the charging case runs out of power during charging, the earphones
automatically turn on and attempt to reconnect to the latest paired Bluetooth
device. Make sure the charging case’s built-in battery is charged and that the
earphones connect properly to the metal connectors when they are placed in the
charging case.
Safety information
This product contains a rechargeable Li-Po battery that cannot be replaced. To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods of time.
