Use
Remove the protective plastic from the charging contacts of the earbuds and charge the case and earbuds fully before first use.
Power on/off
Open the case to start the headset. If the LEO indicators are off when opening the case, charge the case and try again. Place the earbuds back in the case to turn them off or press and hold the multifunction button for 10 seconds. They can also be powered on by pressing and holding the multifunction button for 2 seconds when they are not in the case. To save battery time, the earbuds automatically turn off after 3 minutes of being out of range from their Bluetooth device.
Pairing
Open the case and remove the earbuds. They start to flash and pair together. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and connect to “Linocell BTH31”. Pairing occurs automatically after this each time the earbuds are removed from the case.
Charging
Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a computer or a USB power adapter to charge the case. The LEO indicator on the case indicates the battery level. The battery level is low if the indicator flashes red. When the indicator turns off, the case is fully charged. Put the earbuds in the case and close the lid to charge them.
Control for music and voice assistant
- Play/pause: Double-press the left or right earbud.
- Volume +: Press the right earbud once.
- Volume- : Press the left earbud once.
- Next song: Press and hold the multifunction button of the right earbud Tor 2 Seconds.
- ANC/hear through/normal mode: Press and hold the multifunction button of the left earbud for 2 seconds.
- Voice assistant: Triple-press the left or right earbud to turn the
- voice assistant on.
Control for calls
Answer a cal: Double-press the left or right earbud. Hang up a cal: Double-
press the left or right earbud Reject a call: Press and hold the multifunction
button of the left or
right earbud for 2 seconds.
Reset
If the earbuds do not pair correctly, try to reset. There are two methods of resetting the earbuds:

Press and hold the multifunction button of both earbuds for 6 seconds while the earbuds are still in the case. Put the earbuds back in the case and close the lid. Take them
out again after 10 seconds. The earbuds automatically pair together, but you must reconnect them to your phone (repeat the steps under the heading “Pairing” -
Take the earbuds out of the charging case. Press and hold the multifunction button of both earbuds for 10 seconds until the indicators on the earbuds flash blue 3 times. Press and hold the multifunction button of both earbuds for 10 seconds again until the indicator on the earbuds flash blue 2 times.Put the earbuds back in the case and close the lid. Take them out again after 10 seconds. The earbuds automatically pair together, but you must reconnect them to your phone (repeat the steps under the heading “Pairing'”)

01: Pairing fails.

Put the earbuds back in the charging case and make sure that they are turned off.

Take the earbuds out of the charging case. They enter pairing mode automatically. Choose “Linocell BTH31” in your phone’s Bluetooth settings to pair.

If the pairing still fails, check the following points:
- Make sure the earbuds and your Bluetooth de- vice are next to each other or within 10 metres and that there are no obstacles between them.
- Make sure there are no signal interferences near by (check the question “Connection is not sta ble” for signal interference conditions).
- Try to reboot your Bluetooth device.

I paired the earbuds with my phone before, but I failed to pair them again,
Turn on Bluetooth in your phone and in “My devices”/”Paired devices”, choose “Linocell BTH31 “,tap ” CD” and “Forget This Device”. Then, pair the earbuds with your phone again. -
: Connection is not stable, Make sure that the Bluetooth connection distance is not more than 10 metres and that there are no objects between the earbuds and your Bluetooth device, or a radio or wifi signal that is interfering.

Power runs out fast The earbuds’ playtime varies depending on the volume level and audio content. Put the earbuds back into the charging case after use to avoid unnecessary power consumption.
Q5: The earbuds are reconnecting to my phone while being charged in the
case,
When the charging case is out of power during charging, the earbuds
automatically turn on and reconnect to the latest paired Bluetooth device. If
the earbuds are not paired with a Bluetooth device, they automatically turn
off after 5 minutes.
Safety information
This product contains a rechargeable Li-Po battery that cannot be replaced. To
prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long
periods of time.
