Usage

Charging Intelligent Flight Batteries

  1. Insert the batteries into the battery ports of the charging hub until they click into place. (Figure A1)

  2. Connect the charging hub to a power outlet using a USB-C charger. The status LEDs indicate the battery status during charging. Refer to the Status LED descriptions for more information about the blinking patterns. The charging method varies depending on the power of the charger. Refer to the table below for details.

    • 10 W ≤ Charger Power <30 W
Charges in sequence from a high to a low battery level.

    • 30 W ≤ Charger Power <45 W
      Charges two batteries simultaneously:
First charge the battery with a lower battery level to the same level as the highest one and then charge the two batteries simultaneously.

    • Charger Power ≥45 W
Charges three batteries simultaneously: First charge the two batteries with a lower battery level to the same level as the highest one and then charge the batteries simultaneously.

  3. The batteries can be stored in the charging hub after charging. Remove a battery from the charging hub for use. (Figure A2)

Using the Charging Hub as a Power Bank

  1. Insert the Intelligent Flight Batteries into the charging hub. Connect an external device, such as a smartphone or tablet to the USB-C port of the charging hub, and then press and hold the function button for three seconds. (Figure B)
  2. Batteries will be discharged based on the battery level, from the lowest to the highest, and supply power to external devices. To stop charging the external device, disconnect the external device from the charging hub.
    • If the remaining power of a battery is lower than 7%, the battery cannot charge the external device.
    • To switch to charging Intelligent Flight Batteries, reconnect the USB-C cable.

Checking Battery Level
After the batteries are inserted into the charging hub, press the function button once and the status LEDs will display the battery levels. Refer to the section below for the battery level descriptions.
