MATTERS NEED ATTENTION

This product is a precision electronic product and requires special attention in use.

1. Keep the product away from electromagnetic environments, excessive humidity, smoke, and other harsh environments.

2. Do not separate or modify the product.

3. Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the unit.

4. The device should not be immersed in water.

5. Do not apply excessive force to the product.

6. Do not place the product in direct sunlight or under fire, and keep it away from high and low-temperature environments.

7. Do not violently shake or impact the product.

8. It is recommended to lower the volume before using the product. Gradually increase the volume until it is suitable. To protect your hearing, do not turn the volume up too high (it is known that long-term listening to high volumes can damage your hearing).
   If you experience tinnitus, decrease the volume or stop using it.

9. Ensure the product is securely placed to prevent children from touching it or dropping it.

10. The unit will get hot if it is connected to the computer for a long time, under normal circumstances the unit will be charged in 2 hours.

11. Do not disassemble the product without permission, otherwise, the warranty will be voided. If you have any questions, please contact the dealer.

12. Changes in the performance and functionality of the product will not be notified separately. If the manual differs from the actual product, please refer to the actual product.

13. Do not use earphones while driving, riding a bike, operating machinery, or engaging in activities that require attention to external sounds.

14. Battery charging precautions:

    • A. The device uses a polymer lithium battery that can be recharged repeatedly. In the first few charges, it must be charged for at least 2 hours, and every time the the battery is used up, it should be recharged, which can extend its lifespan.
      B. It is recommended to continue charging for half an hour after a full charge to ensure longer playback time.
      C. The lithium battery must be replaced by customer service personnel, and users cannot replace them by themselves. (Note: If the battery is replaced improperly, there is a risk of explosion. Only use the same type or equivalent type of battery for
      replacement). To protect the environment, please recycle the waste battery through a professional organization.
      D. The battery life may vary depending on usage conditions and production time.
      E. Please dispose of the recycled battery by local regulations. Do not treat the battery as household waste or throw it into a fire to avoid an explosion.

15. Charging: The product can be charged using an adapter that meets national standards of 5V1000mA or above. Regardless of whether the product is turned on or not, when you connect it to the adapter, the product will start charging. During the charging
    process, the product may warm up slightly, which is normal.

16. If the product is not used for an extended period, charge it every three months to ensure the battery performance.

17. The product’s actual use may differ from the instructions due to software updates. Please refer to the purchased product, and the operation guide is for reference only.

CHARGING
The first time you use the earphones (or when not used for a long time), please be sure to put the earphones in the charging compartment before use, use the 5V/1000mA adapter connected to charge for about 2 hours.

The following three charging methods are usually used.

Note
The power adapter, PC, and car adapter shown in the figure are non-standard accessories. Please purchase separately if necessary. Please use a 5V1A standard adapter to charge the device by national standards. Otherwise, there may be risks such as product damage. If the device is not used for a long time, please charge it once every three months.

Earphone charging

1. Put the earphones into the charging case, and the red light of the earphones will be on, indicating that it is charging.
2. After the earphone is fully charged, the red light will go off and it will enter shutdown mode.
3. The red light flashes to indicate low battery.

Charging of the charging case
When the charging case is connected to a USB port for charging, the case starts charging and the indicator light flashes white until it is fully charged. When the case is fully charged, the white light remains on. When not charging, the battery compartment indicator flashes white to indicate a low battery level.

WEARING DIAGRAM
Wearing Tips:

1. Choose the size of silicone ear-tips that you find most comfortable.
2. Gently insert the ear tips into your ear and adjust them to the appropriate angle to make it fit comfortably.

OPERATING

Power on/off
Open the charging case cover and remove the earphones to turn them on automatically; put the earphones back in the charging case to turn them off automatically; when the earphones are outside the case, press and hold the touch area for 6 seconds to turn them off; in shutdown mode, press and hold the touch area for 3 seconds to turn them on.

Connect the left and right earphones.
Take out the left and right earphones from the charging case, and they will automatically connect.

BT pairing
Connecting the earphones to the phone: Take out the left and right earphones from the charging case and wait for them to connect. After a successful connection, the main earphone will enter pairing mode for the first time, the red and white light will flash slowly, and the phone will search and click on the device named “aigo TUOl” in the Bluetooth pairing interface to connect.

Note: The device does not have a fixed primary and secondary earphone. The system will switch automatically, and the earphones connected to the phone will be the primary earphones. These earphones will enter the pairing mode automatically after disconnecting manually or due to distance.After the earphones enter the pairing mode, if the pairing is not completed within 2 minutes, the earphones will automatically shut down.  Answering, hanging up, or rejecting calls In case of an incoming call, short-press the touch area to answer the call; In case of an incoming call, long-press the touch area for 2 seconds to reject the call; During the call, short-press the touch area two times to hang up the call.

Music mode
During music playback, short-press the touch area two times to pause the music and short-press two times again to resume playing. During music playback, press the left earphone to the touch area for 2 seconds to switch to the previous track, and Press the right earphone touch area for 2 seconds to switch to the next track. Short press the right ear touch area (R) to increase the volume; Short press lift ear touch area) to decrease the volume. Short press the touch area) for 3 times to activate the phone’s voice assistant.

Multi-mode switching of headphones
Tap the earphone touch area (R/L) 4 times to switch the electric gaming mode and music mode.

Earphones reset

1. Take the earphones out of the charging case;
2. Quickly tap the two earphones 5 times;
3. The white LED on both earphones will flash 3 times, indicating that the reset is complete;
4. Put the two earphones back into the charging case and repeat the pairing process.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Unable to enter pairing mode, and the phone cannot find the earphones. Successfully paired with other phones. After turning on the earphone, it will automatically reconnect to the phone it was successfully connected with last time
   and will not automatically enter pairing mode.

2. The call volume is too low. Please increase the earphone call volume and the phone volume.

3. Unable to turn on. Please check whether the Bluetooth earphones have power. You can charge the charging case and earphones for half an hour before turning them on.

4. Stuttering or disconnection during playback or calls. Please check whether the distance between the earphone and the phone exceeds 10 meters or whether other interference sources or large objects are blocking the earphones.

SPECIFICATION

• In the above table, the playback time is tested at 50% volume. At 100% volume, music playback lasts about 5 hours and talk time lasts about 3.5 hours.
