MATTERS NEED ATTENTION

This product is a precision electronic product and requires special attention in use.

  1. Keep the product away from electromagnetic environments, excessive humidity, smoke, and other harsh environments.
  2. Do not separate or modify the product.
  3. Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the unit.
  4. The device should not be immersed in water.
  5. Do not apply excessive force to the product.
  6. Do not place the product in direct sunlight or under fire, and keep it away from high and low-temperature environments.
  7. Do not violently shake or impact the product.
  8. It is recommended to lower the volume before using the product. Gradually increase the volume until it is suitable.
    • To protect your hearing, do not turn the volume up too high (it is known that long-term listening to high volumes can damage your hearing). If you experience tinnitus, decrease the volume or stop using it.
  9. Ensure the product is securely placed to prevent children from touching it or dropping it.
  10. The unit will get hot if it is connected to the computer for a long time, under normal circumstances the unit will be charged in 2 hours.
  11. Do not disassemble the product without permission, otherwise, the warranty will be voided. If you have any questions, please contact the dealer.
  12. Changes in the performance and functionality of the product will not be notified separately. If the manual differs from the actual product, please refer to the actual product.
  13. Do not use headphones while driving, riding a bike, operating machinery, or engaging in activities that require attention to external sounds.
  14. Battery charging precautions:
    • The device uses a polymer lithium battery that can be recharged repeatedly. In the first few charges, it must be charged for at least 2 hours, and every time the battery is used up, it should be recharged, which can extend its lifespan.
    • It is recommended to continue charging for half an hour after a full charge to ensure longer playback time.
    • The lithium battery must be replaced by customer service personnel, and users cannot replace them by themselves. (Note: If the battery is replaced improperly, there is a risk of explosion. Only use the same type or equivalent type of battery for replacement). To protect the environment, please recycle the waste battery through a professional organization.
    • The battery life may vary depending on usage conditions and production time.
    • Please dispose of the recycled battery in accordance with local regulations. Do not treat the battery as household waste or throw it into a fire to avoid an explosion.
  15. Charging: The product can be charged using an adapter that meets national standards of SVl000mA or below. Regardless of whether the product is turned on or not, when you connect it to the adapter, the product will start charging. During the charging process, the product may warm up slightly, which is normal.
  16. If the product is not used for an extended period, charge it every three months to ensure battery performance.
  17. The product’s actual use may differ from the instructions due to software updates. Please refer to the purchased product, and the operation guide is for reference only.

CHARGING

  1. Use adapter

The first time you use the headset (or when not used for a long time), please use the SV/l000mA adapter connected to charge about 2 hours .

Note:

  • The power adapter, PC, and car adapter shown in the figure are non- standard accessories. Please purchase separately if necessary.
  • Please use a SV1A standard adapter to charge the device in accordance with national standards. Otherwise, there may be risks such as product damage.
  • The red light will remain on while charging and the blue light will remain on when fully charged.

If the device is not used for a long time, please charge it once every three months. This headset supports OVP overvoltage protection. When the charging adapter voltage exceeds 6V, the headset will enter a charging protection state to protect it from damage and cannot be charged at this time. Replace the SV charger or connect the computer USB port to restore charging.

OPERATING

On/Off

  • Power on: Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds in the off state.
  • Shutdown: Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds in the power on state.

Pairing

  • First pairing:
    • The headset automatically searches for BT device when turned on, and enters a waiting pairing state. At this time, the red and blue lights flash alternately. Then open your phone’s Bluetooth and search for BT devices. Select “aigo G03” from the list to connect. After successfully connecting, the system will prompt ‘Connected’.
  • Automatic reconnection:
    • If you have already connected this headset, when you use it again, the headset will automatically connect back to your phone after being turned on. You do not need to pair again.

Note:

  • If no devices are connected within 3 minutes of the headset being turned on, the headset will automatically shut down.

Answer, hang up, or reject calls

  • When receiving a call, short press the power button to answer the call. During the call, simply press the power button to hang up the call.

Volume control

  • In music playback or call mode, click the “+” button to increase the volume, and click the”-” button to decrease the volume.

Previous song/ Next song

  • In music playback mode, short press the”+” button for 2 times to switch to the next track, and short press the “-” button for 2 times to switch to the previous track.

Play/Pause

  • In music playback mode, short press the power button to play/ pause the music.

Game Mode

  • Long- press the”-” key to enter the low latency game mode, and the blue light will flash in a breathing pattern; long- press again to return to normal mode.

Voice Assistant

  • Long-press the”+” key to wake up the voice assistant (please make sure your phone supports this feature).

Switching Prompt Voice

  • Short press the “-” key three times to switch between Chinese and English voice prompts.

Indicator Light Explanation

  • Alternating red and blue: pairing status
  • Blue slow flash: connected and waiting for playback
  • Red light on: charging
  • Blue light breathing: enter the game low latency mode
  • Blue light on: fully charged

TROUBLESHOOTING

  1. Unable to enter pairing mode, and the phone cannot find the headset.
    • Please check whether the headset has been successfully paired with other phones. After turning on the headset, it will automatically reconnect to the phone it was successfully connected with last time and will not automatically enter pairing mode.
  2. The call volume is too low.
    • Please increase the headset volume and the phone volume.
  3. Unable to turn on.
    • Please check whether the BT headset has power. You can charge the headset for half an hour before turning them on.
  4. Stuttering or disconnection during playback or calls.
    • Please check whether the distance between the headset and the phone exceeds 10 meters or whether there are other interference sources or large objects blocking the headset.

SPECIFICATION

  • The product parameters shown in this table are for reference only. Due to minor differences in the electronic components of the product, there may be slight differences in the product parameters. Please refer to the actual product.
  • Music, talk and standby time are the test data from EROS Lab, actual usage time may vary slightly depending on the situation.
  • The playback and call time in the table is tested at 70% volume. For medium volume (50%), music can last about 11 hours, and calls can last about 10 hours.
