Product Usage Instructions
Preparing the Oven
Make sure the oven is placed on a stable surface with proper ventilation as a hood is recommended. Ensure all removable parts are in place.
Turning On the Oven
- Connect the oven to a suitable power source.
- Turn on the power switch and set the desired temperature and conveyor time using the control panel.
Loading and Baking
- Place the food products to be baked on the conveyor belt.
- The impingement technology will ensure even heat distribution for consistent baking results.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- After each use, allow the oven to cool down.
- Remove and clean all removable parts such as crumb pans, end panels, air fingers, and conveyor belt following the manufacturer’s instructions.

INTRODUCTION
SIERRA Electric Conveyor Oven – Impingement, composed of one, double or triple stackable baking chambers and an optional stand. During baking, the product is placed on the stainless steel 304 conveyor belt and passes through two flows of hot air : impingement technology, the best system for heat distribution in the whole baking chamber for perfect baking of pizza, pastry, seafood, sandwiches, bagels, ethnic foods and more. Management of needed power is automatic according to the load.

Conserves Energy
