  2. Stick the m assage sticker to the position that needs to be massaged. P ease w pe off the sweat from the contact area before use, so that the s tčker can be attached to

  3. Press and ho H he 0NOFF bu tbn for3 seconds to tum it on, the nom al nd ikat or light is on, and hen bng press he 0 N0 FF button fdr3 seconds to shut down, and
    all and kata rs are off. Shortpress the 0 NO FF button td tum on and off the back screen after pow erng on. An ftær the bck screen s turned on, the back screen indicator
