Product Usage Instructions
Mounting and Installation:
- Remove the terminal cover to access the terminals for wiring.
- Connect the 230V / 50Hz mains cable to terminals N and L (the first two on the right).
- Connect terminals labelled N and OUT to the device you want to operate, e.g., fan (Scheme #1).
- Terminal labelled as 1 may be connected for separate switching of the fan (Scheme #2).
- After connecting the wires, install back cover on Humidistat terminals.
Settings
- Set Up for Damp Conditions: Adjust the dial until the RED light comes on. Ventilation will run until humidity is reduced. Re-adjust if required.
- Set Up for Dry Conditions: In low humidity environments adjust the dial until the RED light comes on and then turn it back until the RED light goes off. Re-adjust if required.

ULTECON Humidistat (UT-H1)
Order Code: FAN6085
The ULTECON Humidistat is an ideal solution for environments where there is a
high risk of mould occurring e.g., bathrooms, laundries, kitchens. The
function of FAN6085 is to maintain the relative humidity (RH) level
in a room by controlling a ventilation device.
Note: Relative Humidity (RH) is the percentage of water vapour content in
the air versus air fully saturated with water vapour at the same temperature.

Important Notice
- When replacing the fuse always use type F2 Amp, 250V.
- Isolate the mains supply before making any electrical connections.
- This system should be installed by a qualified electrician.
- Humidistat should only be installed by fixed wiring, a flexible cord should not be used.
- The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision.
