Important Information
This manual contains the precautions and the product usage. Please read and understand all the instructions before using the device. The damage caused by failure to follow the instructions is not covered by the warranty. Please keep this manual properly.
Safety Warnings and Precautions
Be careful of electric shock or fire!
- This device is not waterproof, please keep it dry; if water is immersed in this product, please shut down immediately and contact the customer service center according to the prompt provided by the customer service center before using it again.
- Never place this device and accessories near the burning flames or other heat sources, Including direct sunlight.
- This device should be turned off and unplugged before lightning storms.
Be careful of short circuit or catching fire!
- Before connecting this device to an electrical outlet, please make sure that the power supply voltage matches the voltage value printed on the back or bottom of the product. Never connect the product to an electrical outlet when the voltage is different.
Be careful of injury or damage this speaker!
- Never place this device or any objects on a power cord or other electronic devices.
- If this product is transported at a temperature below 5℃, please unpack the product and wait until the temperature reaches room temperature before connecting it to a power outlet.
- This product comes with sharp objects, please handle it carefully so as to avoid injury to the user or scratching the appearance of the product or damaging the internal parts of the product!
Be careful overheat!
- Never install this device in an enclosed space. Always leave at least 4
inches space around the product for ventilation.

Connection modes
Support for multi-device connections
Support for a dual-device wireless cascade

Support for USB, Dongle, Bluetooth multi-channel simultaneous use: It supports multi-channel data fusion of USB, Double Bluetooth. It can work in three connection modes at the same time to support simultaneous access of multiple parties for the conference.

Mode 1: Connect the computer/Intelligent Flat Panel (Windows or Mac) to this device via USB cable.

Mode 2: Connect this device with Bluetooth. The Bluetooth indicator
will flash to indicate that the device is in Bluetooth pairing state. Enable
Bluetooth functions on mobile phones/other devices, and select to
connect this device from the Bluetooth device list. Please refer to the
label at the bottom of the device for the name of Bluetooth (when the
Intelligent Flat Panel is connected to the wireless speakerphone, USB
Dongle is required to ensure the stability of Bluetooth connection). -
Mode 3: Optional USB Dongle (supporting win7/8/10 and Mac OS), operating as follows:

Insert the USB Dongle into the computer(If you use a USB Dongle to connect to the Intelligent Flat Panel, please connect it to the front mounted USB port of the Intelligent Flat Panel to ensure best use effect), USB Dongle will be automatically connected to the device(which is the only device bound by USB Dongle);

If it is necessary to re-pair the wireless speakerphone to the new USB Dongle, the distance between the USB Dongle and the wireless speakerphone should be controlled within 3 meters. When Bluetooth is disconnected from the wireless speakerphone, long press and hold the Bluetooth button for 9 seconds to enter the re-pair. After plugging the USB Dongle, the USB Dongle will be re-pair successfully within 30 seconds.
Note: to connect computer/Intelligent Flat Panel with USB Dongle, it is necessary to set this device as the default playback and recording device in the computer/Intelligent Flat Panel sound setting interface.
Direction for use
Turn on/off the device
Long press and hold the power key for 2 seconds to turn on or off the
device.
Answer/hang up call
*This device can only use the function of answering and hanging up the phone when connecting to the phone and teams meeting software.
- When there is an incoming call, press the“ ”key to answer the call.
- When it is in calling state, press the“ ”key to hang up the call.
- When there is an incoming call, long press and hold the“ ”key for 3 seconds to reject the call.
Turn on/off microphone
Short press the microphone mute key to turn the microphone on , the red
light means microphone turn off, and the white light means microphone turn on.
Volume adjustment
Press volume “+” and volume “-” keys to increase or decrease the volume
accordingly, Long presses can be quickly adjusted.
Equipment charging
- Connect the power adapter with the USB cable for charging;
- When charging, the power light flashes; when full charge, the light is
always on.
Checking the battery capacity
In the power-on or standby charging state, short press the power key to
view the current remaining battery capacity. When the Light ring is full of
light, the battery is full. When the battery capacity is relatively low, the
power button’s red indicator light will flash and the low battery capacity
tone is broadcast.
Bluetooth
- Support dual Bluetooth, Bluetooth1 open hotspot, used to connect to Bluetooth host devices such as Phones, PC, Pad, etc; Bluetooth 2 hidden hotspot, only for Dongle connection;
- When Bluetooth is not connected, long press to turn Bluetooth on/off; When Bluetooth is connected, long press to disconnect the current Bluetooth connection.

Common faults and troubleshooting
The following table contains common faults and their solutions. Please read it carefully.
