-
Open the breather valve prior to use.
Opening the breather prior to operation ensures the efficient hydraulic operation of the lift ram and pump preventing pump and ram cavitation resulting in poor operation and or possible hydraulic oil loss.
-
Regularly lubricate the Ram Gland, Pivot Points and Castors
Regular application of lubrication of all pivots, pins, adjustors, castor wheels and the grease nipple installed at the ram gland will ensure smooth operation during raising and lowering.
-
Hazards and Obstructions.
All wheeled TQB Brands equipment must be used on smooth surface free of cracks, crevices and tripping hazards that can foul the wheels during operation or relocation. -
Always store in the fully lowered position.
Storage in the lowered position ensures the lift ram assembly is sealed from exposure to weather fluctuations and keeps the hydraulic ram seals in a relaxed condition ready to work when required.
-
Cleanliness equals safety and long life.
Cleanliness equals safety and long life from your equipment and its accessories. Regular cleaning of dirt and dust from your auxiliary lifters mechanical fixtures, accessories and attachments will ensure long life and safe operation.
