  7. Do not subject the ear (stick) to excessive temperatures (above 45°C or below -20°C).

Precautions

  1. Listening to music at a very high volume may cause permanent damage to your hearing. Background noise and a continuous high volume will lower the actual volume heard to reduce. [Warning] Check the volume before playing audio with the NOTHING ear (stick).
To avoid hearing damage, give your ears a break from the ear (stick) after one hour.

  2. To avoid damaging internal components, please try to avoid knocking, bumping, or squeezing the ear (stick) as it’s a precision electro-acoustic device.

  3. Clean the microphone hole and sound mesh on the ear (stick) regularly to avoid blockage. Improper cleaning of the ear (stick) may result in ear infections. Use soft and lint-free cloth to clean NOTHING ear (stick) regularly. Avoic getting the ear (stick) wet or using aerosol sprays, solvents or abrasives on them. Stop using the ear (stick) if a skin problem occurs. Consult a doctor if the skin problem persists.

  4. Do not use the ear (stick) while driving, cycling, or crossing a road. Understand and observe the laws and regulations based on the country you’re driving in. Stay safe and focused when you drive. Stop using the ear (stick) if they distract you while driving or if you’re doing another activity that requires concentration.

  6. Use the ear (stick) in a temperature range of 0°C to 35°C and 45% to 75% humidity. Store them in the temperature range of -20°C to 40°C. Too high or too low temperature will degrade quality and may damage the ear (stick) and battery. Using the ear (stick) in a dry environment may cause static electricity and give a weak electrostatic discharge. To minimize the risk of electrostatic discharge, avoid using the ear (stick) in a dry environ-ment or touch grounded metal objects before using them.

  7. The charging temperature range is 5°C to 40°C. Extremely high or low temperatures may prevent the ear (stick) from being charged or cause damage to the ear (stick) and battery.

  8. The ear (stick) can be charged with a power cable and power adapter or through a PC. Power adapters must comply with local and national regulations and regional and international safety standards, including Intern-ational Standard for Safety of Information Technology Equipment (IEC 60950-1/IEC 62368). Using any Third-party power adapter that does not comply with the above safety standards may result in injury. Using a damaged power cable or charger or charging the ear (stick) in a wet environ-ment may cause a fire, electric shock, injury, or property loss (for example, charging case damage).

  9. Some components of the ear (stick) and the charging case will produce electromagnetic fields. ear (stick) and the charging case also contain magnets. These electromagnetic fields and magnets may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators or other medical equipment. Keep medical equipment a safe distance from the ear (stick) /charging case. Consult your doctor or medical equipment manufacturer to find out more about medical equipment. If you are unsure whether the ear (stick) and charging case are interfering with your pacemaker, defibrillator or other medical equipment, stop using them.

  10. Normally, the Type-C plug and the bottom of ear (stick) tube will fade, which is normal. Dust, debris, and water inflow may cause this. Before cleaning, take the ear (stick) out of the case, and disconnect the Type-C cable that connects the case to the PC or PC adapter. Use a soft, dry and lint-free cloth to clean the Type-C plug and bottom of ear (stick) tube. Do not use liquid cleanser.
