- Only use this Workshop Trolley for the purpose for which it has been designed.
- Do not modify any component of this Workshop Trolley.
- When servicing, use only TradeQuip identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty.

- Do not allow persons to operate or assemble the product until they have read this manual and have developed a thorough understanding of how it works.
- Do not modify this product in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the product. There are specific applications for which the product was designed.
- Use the right tool for the job. DO NOT attempt to force small equipment to do the work of larger industrial equipment. There are certain applications for which this equipment was designed. This product will be safer and do a better job at the capacity for which it was intended. DO NOT use this equipment for a purpose for which it was not intended.
- Industrial or commercial applications must follow OH&S requirements.
- Inspect the work area before each use. Keep work area clean, dry, free of clutter, and well lit. Cluttered, wet, or dark work areas can result in injury. Using the product in confined work areas may put you dangerously close to other cutting tools and rotating parts.
- Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the cart. Do not allow children to handle the product.
- Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating the cart. Do not use the cart while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating the tool may result in serious personal injury.
- Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing, dangling objects, or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery, or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
- Wear the proper personal protective equipment when necessary. Use safety goggles (not safety glasses) with side shields, or when needed, a face shield. Use a dust mask in dusty work conditions. Also use non-skid safety shoes, hardhat, gloves, dust collection systems, and hearing protection when appropriate. This applies to all persons in the work area.
- Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
- Do not use the cart when tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
- Do not force the product. Products are safer and do a better job when used in the manner for which they are designed. Plan your work, and use the correct product for the job.
- Check for damaged parts before each use. Carefully check that the product will operate properly and perform its intended function. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately. Never operate the product with a damaged part.
- Store the product when it is not in use. Store it in a dry, secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect the tool for good working condition prior to storage and before re-use.
- Do not exceed the distributed load capacity of 226kgs.
- Be aware of dynamic loading. A sudden loading movement may briefly create an excess load causing product failure.
- Do not allow riders.
- Use only on a hard level surface.

USAGE, STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
BEFORE USE
Prior to each use conduct a visual inspection by checking for abnormal
conditions, such as cracked joins and damaged, loose, or missing parts.
STORAGE
This Polymer Workshop Trolley should always be stored in a dry location on a
level surface.
MAINTENANCE
Inspect the general condition of the Workshop Trolley checking:
- for loose hardware
- misalignment of binding or parts, cracked, bent, or broken parts, and
- any other condition that may affect the Workshop Trolleys safe operation.
- Clean the Workshop Trolley after each use, ensure, oil, grease and debris are not on the Workshop Trolley.
SERVICE & REPAIR
Any Polymer Workshop Trolley found damaged in any way, or found to be worn or
operates abnormally should be removed from service until repaired by an
authorised service agent. Owners and / or operators should be aware that
repair of this product may require specialised equipment and knowledge. Only
authorised parts, labels and decals shall be used on this equipment. Annual
inspection of the Polyethylene Workshop Trolley is recommended and can be made
by an authorised repair facility to ensure that your equipment is in optimum
condition and that the equipment has the correct decals and safety labels
specified by the manufacturer.
WARRANTY
TradeQuip products have been carefully tested and inspected before shipment
and are guaranteed to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a
period of 12 months from the date of purchase except where tools are hired out
when the guarantee period is ninety days from the date of purchase.
Should the machine develop any fault, please return the complete tool to your
nearest authorised warranty repair agent or contact TQB Brands Pty Ltd
Warranty team – warranty@tqbbrands.com.au.
If upon inspection it is found that the fault occurring is due to defective
materials or workmanship, repairs will be carried out free of charge. This
guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor does it cover any damage
caused by misuse, careless or unsafe handling, alterations, accident, or
repairs attempted or made by any personnel other than the authorised TQB
Brands Pty Ltd repair agent.
This guarantee applies in lieu of any other guarantee expressed or implied and
variations of its terms are not authorised.
Your TQB Brands Pty Ltd guarantee is not effective unless you can produce upon
request a dated receipt or invoice to verify your proof of purchase within the
12 month period.
Consumer Guarantee
Our goods come with a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure
and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be
of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
