Fingerprint Password Safe Box
Welcome to use our series of safes, cabinets, and storage boxes. Please read this instruction manual carefully before use and operate according to the instructions.

III. First Use
Open the emergency lock cover
(1) Press on the right side of the emergency lock cover to remove it, insert the master lock key, and turn counterclockwisern

(2) Turn the rotatable part in the middle of the electronic panel clockwise to open the door of the box
IV. Insert the Battery
Open the internal battery box located on the back of the box door, and correctly insert 4 Pieces of AA Batteries into the battery compartment according to their polarity.
V. Password Setting
The factory default password of this product is “1234”. For your security, please reset your personal password before use.
- For initial use, you can directly unlock by entering any fingerprint, which will trigger two “beep” sounds from the buzzer and the indicator light will turn green. Alternatively, you can touch the keypad area to wake up the panel, enter the factory password, press “#” to confirm. This will also trigger two “beep” sounds from the buzzer and the indicator light will turn green. At this point, you can open the door by turning the middle part of the electronic panel.
- Open the door, press the setting button located on the left side of the back of the door, and enter the new password after hearing two “beep” sounds from the buzzer.
- Enter the desired password (with a length of 4-8 digits), press “#” key, the indicator light will turn green and the buzzer will make a long beep sound, indicating that the new password has been set.
When the set password is shorter than 4 digits or longer than 8 digits, the blue indicator light will flash continuously, and the buzzer will beep several short consecutive “beep beep beep” sounds, indicating that the set password is invalid.
VI. Fingerprint Setting
This product does not come with pre-registered fingerprints from the factory. For your security, please add fingerprints before use.
- For initial use, you can directly unlock by entering any fingerprint, which will trigger two “beep” sounds from the buzzer, and the indicator tight will turn green. Alternatively, you can touch the keypad area to wake up the panel, enter the password, press “#” to confirm. This will also trigger two “beep” sounds from the buzzer, and the indicator light will turn green. At this point, you can open the door by turning the middle part of the electronic panel.
- Open the door, press the setting button located on the left side of the back of the door, and the indicator light will turn blue. Place your finger on the fingerprint scanner, release it after hearing two “beep” sounds, and then place your finger on the fingerprint scanner again. Repeat this process three times ( it is recommended to use the same finger from different directions to ensure that the fingerprint scanner can capture the largest area of the fingerprint ). After completion, the buzzer will make a long beep sound, and the blue indicator light will go out, indicating that the fingerprint setting is successful.
Before fingerprint registration, any fingerprint can unlock the door.
A total of 30 fingerprints can be registered.
If the fingerprint setting fails during the process, the buzzer will make
three “beep” sounds.
Tip: After setting the fingerprint, please verify the new fingerprint to
confirm that it is correct.
VII. Deleting Fingerprints and Resetting Password
- Enter a registered fingerprint or touch the keypad area to wake up the panel and enter the correct password, then press “#” to confirm.
- Open the door, long-press the setting button located on the left side of the back of the door until the indicator light turns green and the buzzer makes a long beep sound. At this point, all registered fingerprints and passwords will be cleared, and the password will be reset to the factory default.
After clearing the fingerprints, any fingerprint can unlock the door.
VIII. Door Opening Operation
Unlock with password
- Touch the button area to wake up the panel, enter the 4-8-digit preset password and press “#” to confirm;
- After successful verification, the indicator light will turn green and the buzzer will beep twice. At this time, rotate the rotatable part in the middle of the electronic panel to open the door.
Fingerprint unlock
Upon entering the correct fingerprint, the indicator light will turn green and the buzzer will beep twice. At this point, rotating the rotatable part in the middle of the electronic panel will allow you to open the door.
Open the door with multiple verification modes
- By default, the system uses a single verification mode (either password or fingerprint is required to unlock the door). To enable the multiple verification mode (requiring both fingerprint and password), after successfully unlocking the door, you need to touch the button area to wake up the panel, press the numeric key “l’, and then press the setting button located on the left side of the back of the door The buzzer will beep twice to indicate that the multiple verification mode has been enabled;
- In this mode, if you first enter the password and press “#” to confirm, the buzzer will beep twice and the green indicator light will flash twice. Then, after entering the correct fingerprint, the buzzer will beep twice again, and the green indicator light will stay on. At this point, rotating the rotatable part in the middle of the electronic panel will allow you to open the door. Alternatively, if you first enter the fingerprint and it is successfully verified, you will hear the buzzer beep twice and the green indicator light will flash twice. Then, after entering the correct password and pressing “#” to confirm, if the verification is successful, the buzzer will beep twice again, and the green indicator light will stay on. At this point, rotating the rotatable part in the middle of the electronic panel will also allow you to open the door.
- While in the multiple verification mode, to disable this feature, you need to successfully unlock the door again, touch the button area to wake up the panel, press the numeric key “1,” and then press the setting button located on the left side of the back of the door. The buzzer will emit a long beep to indicate that the multiple verification mode has been disabled.
IX. Delete the wrong Password
If an incorrect password is entered during the password input process, you can press the “” key to delete it. Pressing the “” key once will delete the entire password, and you will be prompted to re-enter the password.
X. Mute Function
Press “00” in the standby mode to enable silent mode, and any operation will
be silent. Press “66” to resume normal sound.
After power-off and reboot, it can automatically resume normal sound.
XI. Alarm Function
The alarm phenomenon triggered by entering an incorrect password or fingerprint
- When fingerprint verification is incorrect, the indicator light will flash blue continuously, accompanied by a series of short “beep beep beep” sounds from the buzzer;
- After 5 incorrect fingerprint attempts, an alarm will sound for 20 seconds;
- When the password verification is incorrect, the indicator light will flash blue continuously, accompanied by a series of short “beep beep beep” sounds from the buzzer;
- After 3 incorrect password attempts, an alarm will sound for 20 seconds;
- Entering the correct fingerprint or password promptly during a system alarm will deactivate the alarm.
The alarm phenomenon triggered by the product being shocked
- To activate the panel, press the touch key area and then press the “*” button once. The buzzer will emit a long beep, indicating that the vibration alarm mode is now enabled. After normal door opening, the vibration alarm will automatically deactivate;
- Enter the correct password or record the correct fingerprint when alarming to deactivate the alarm, and at the same time, the vibration alarm will be automatically turned off.
XII. Battery Replacement
- When the voltage of the built-in battery is low, the indicator light will turn red after unlocking. Please replace the battery as soon as possible. Otherwise, if the battery is fully depleted, the door of the box cannot be opened. If you encounter this problem, please operate as instructed for first-time use;
- When the voltage of the built-in battery drops to around 4.0V, the touch buttons and fingerprint sensor become locked. The red light will flash and the buzzer will sound an alarm when a fingerprint is input or the screen is touched.
XIII. Emergency Opening
- When the battery inside the box is depleted and it cannot be operated, please use an external battery pack for power supply. Slide the emergency lock cover to the right, insert the USB plug of the external battery pack into the corresponding socket, and enter the correct password or fingerprint to unlock the door;
- In case of a malfunction of the electronic system or if the password is forgotten, please use the master lock key to open the door. The method of opening the door is the same as during the first-time use.
XIV. Usage Precautions
- Please do not place the user manual or backup lock key inside the box. Instead, store them in a separate and safe place;
- If the product is not going to be used for a long time, please remove the battery to prevent any leakage that may damage the electronic system;
- For safety reasons, please ensure that the cabinet is securely fixed to a sturdy concrete wall;
- Please do not store excessive cash or valuables when there is no one on duty or without a remote alarm system.

XV. Common Faults and Troubleshooting Methods
