Caution: Warns of necessary caution when
operating the device.
Type BT Applied Part Information:
The Type BT applied part is a component of Medical Electrical
Equipment that comes into contact with the patient during normal
use for medical purposes.
A Class II or double insulated electrical appliance is designed
without needing a safety connection to electrical earth
(ground).

The following markings are mandatory on the Healthweigh Class III labels:

Manufacturer To meet a regulatory requirement that medical devices and their packaging bear the name and address of the manufacturer, i.e., the person placing the device on ISO 7000 Ref. #. 3082 the market. In some cases when there are multiple layers of packing, the address is required only on the outermost layer of packaging.
