Product Usage Instructions
- Switch on the Bluetooth keyboard by sliding the On/Off Switch to the right. The White, Blue, and Red LED will remain lit for 3 seconds.
- Manually press fn + C to make the keyboard enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The Blue LED will flash for 3 minutes. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and select “Targus THZ967”.
- The Bluetooth keyboard is now connected to your device.
- If the pairing process takes longer than 3 minutes and the Blue LED turns off, reset the power switch (OFF and back ON) and follow step 2.
- Please configure your device to the preferred language.
- If another Bluetooth device has recently been connected to your device, follow steps 1 and 2 to reconnect. The Blue LED will flash while the keyboard is reconnecting.
- The Bluetooth Keyboard requires charging when the Power indicator lights up Red.
- Connect the keyboard to a USB power source with the USB charging cable.
- The charging Red LED will remain lit until the keyboard is fully charged. The keyboard input rating is DC 5V, 500mA.
- Under standby mode, the fully charged keyboard provides 120 days of battery life.

Establishing a Connection with the device

Switch on the Bluetooth keyboard. (Turn on the power by sliding the On/Off Switch to the right).
The White & Blue & Red LED will remain lit for 3 seconds. -
Manually press “fn” + “C” to make the keyboard enter Bluetooth pairing mode at first connection, the Blue LED will flash for 3 minutes, go to your device’s Bluetooth setting and select “Targus THZ967” .

Reconnecting the device
- If another Bluetooth device has recently been connected to your device, follow steps 1 and 2 to reconnect.
- The Blue LED will flash while the keyboard is reconnecting.
Trouble Shooting (Bluetooth connection)
- Make sure the bluetooth keyboard is fully charged.
- If the power indicator lights are red, it indicates that the battery is low and needs to be charged.
- On your device, click on the Bluetooth icon within the system preferences panel. Refer to the OS Bluetooth help file to ensure Bluetooth is working properly.
- Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices close.
- If your device is connected to other Bluetooth devices, you may need to disconnect some devices before you can connect to the keyboard.
- If the keyboard is still not recognized, make sure the correct version of the software is installed. Verify the OS version for compatibility.
Charging the Keyboard
The Bluetooth Keyboard requires charging when the Power indicator lights up Red.
- Connect the keyboard to a USB power source with the USB charging cable.
- The charging Red LED will remain lit until the keyboard is fully charged. The keyboard input rating is DC 5V, 500mA.
