Introduction of operation

1. How to install the ink cartridge

2. Remove the ink cartridge cover;

3. Find the ink cartridge slot on top and then insert the cartridge at 45° degree;

4. Press the cartridge down towards until firmly fixed.

5. Finished and ready to print by pressing the PRINT KEY.

Main Interface Instruction

File name: the name of the currently printed file.
Main Display: Basic operation panel and content preview
Adjust location of content selected.
Add text, date, image, bar code, etc. Save change with the OK button.
Open file in the local or USB flash drive.
Modify the content selected. Click text you need to edit, then click the “EDIT” and you will able to adjust the size, font and style. Save change with the OK button.
Delete the content selected.
System time, printing, Nozzle, languages, Screen calibration setting, etc.
Start to print the content selected.
Read before using handheld inkjet printer.

Open Interface Instruction

File: Select file from printer machine. Click “local”, select the file and then click open to choose.
USB: Select file from external USB flash drive. Click “USB”, select the file and then click open to choose.
New: Add a new file.
Rename: Rename current file.
Save: Save changes of current editing.
Save as: Save as new file.

Add Interface Instruction

Add text
Add system synchronized date and time
Add image from USB flash drive
Add bar code
Add variable bar code
Add batch number, record the code for each printing
Add text from excel file in USB flash drive
Add normal symbol in system
Add segments to printing contents. Click paragraph then a split line will appear, drag the line between printing text and the printer will print the content separately.
Note: All change will be saved after clicking the OK button.

Setting Page Instruction

System date and time setting.
Adjust Touch tone and Print tone on and off, print direction, synchronous width, start signal,etc.
Adjust nozzle voltage, ink concentration, ink cartridge type, DPI, pulse width etc.
Export the document date in printer machine to USB flash drive.
System language setting. 25 languages supported.
Touch screen calibrating.
Initializing the machine. Please note while choose Reset,all setting and data on the printer machine will be deleted.
Check information and status about printer machine.
System update.
Machine interface update.

Print Setting Instruction

Touch tone on and off
Print tone on and off
TB Rev LR rev: Adjust print direction
Sync Mode: Encoder or timer.
Sync width: The width of printed text.
Start signal: A signal to start printing:

1. Key: Print manually.
2. Light: Start print signal through an external photoelectric sensor.
3. Distance: Start print signal by moving a fixed distance.
4. Timer: Start print signal after a fixed time.

Nozzle Setting

Nozzle Voltage: Adjust the voltage of nozzle (Default 9V). Please note higher voltage may cause ink cartridge damage.
Pulse width: 1.8us by default.
Print darkness: Adjust the concentration of inkjet. (1-9, the higher the value, the higher ink concentration display).
DPI: Adjust the dpi settings.
Idle spray time: Customized printing to print nozzle clogging problem, the default is 0, which is usually used in the assembly line.
Cartridge type: Adjust the cartridge size between 0.5inch (DC127) and 1inch (DC254).
Nozzle select: Select left nozzle or right nozzle.

Text Edit Instruction

Add or modify text, number and symbol.
Adjust font, or apply new external font file on USB flash drive.
Adjust font size, the more bigger value, the larger text display. TB Rev LR rev: Adjust print direction
 Adjust font width, the more bigger value, the wider text display.
 Adjust font style from Solid, circle dot matrix, square dot matrix or delete body.
Adjust space between words.
 Rotate content selected.
 Bold type on and off.
Choose Scanner or not choose.
Save changes or exit.

Date Edit Instruction

Adjust time display format.
Adjust font, or apply new external font file on USB flash drive.
Adjust text size, the more bigger value, the larger text display.
Adjust text width, the more bigger value, the wider text display.
Adjust style from Solid, circle dot matrix, square dot matrix or delete body.
Adjust to display year in the future.
Adjust space between words.
Rotate content selected.
Bold type on and off.
Italics type on and off.
Save changes or exit.

Image Edit Instruction

1. Size: Adjust the image size.
2. Grayscale: Adjust the darkness of image. The more bigger value, the darker image display.
3. Save changes with OK button.

Bar code Edit Instruction

1. Add or modify bar code text.
2. Adjust bar code format.
3. Display the text content below bar code or not.
4. Adjust the height and width of bar code.

Counter Edit Instruction

Counter display.
Adjust font, or apply new external font file on USB flash drive.
Adjust font size, the more bigger value, the larger text display.
Adjust font width, the more bigger value, the wider text display.
Adjust font style from Solid, circle dot matrix, square dot matrix or delete body.
Adjust space between numbers.
Rotate content selected.
Bold type on and off.
Italics type on and off.
Save changes or exit.

Counter Edit Instruction

System: Counter system, octal, decimal (default)and hexadecimal.
Width: Counter digits, support 0-16.
Minimum value: The smallest value
Maximum value: The highest value
Initial: The value to start counting
Stepping: Increase value by each print
Repeat: The number of times the current value will repeat
Leading 0: When the current printing value is one digit, it will add 0 to complete 10 digits.

Solution of common problem

1. Q: What is the difference between water-based ink and solvent ink?
   A: Water-based ink can support non-coated material like (matte) cartons, fabrics and other porous material. Solvent ink can support material includes both porous and non-porous surface, such as plastics, glass, metal, pipe, stone, wood board, MDF,  aluminum foil, cable, leather, carton and other materials. *NOTE: All Phezer handheld inkjet printer adopts original HP solvent ink cartridge.

2. Q: What’s the capacity of ink cartridge? How long can I use it?
   A: The cartridge comes with 47mL and 72ml in capacity depends on the nozzle size. A cartridge can print more than 800,000 times of a character measures 2mm X 2mm. Cartridge life depends on how it actually works. There may be less than one month  when frequently used or up to one year when rarely used. Note: Please cover the nozzle with protective cover when finish printing. It can effectively protect nozzle from clogging and prolong the life of the machine.

3. Q: What’s the height range of the font ?
   A: Printing height: 2-12.7 mm / 0.08-0.5 inch, supports 1-5 lines print with adjustable printing height. You can add multiple content combinations by following: Select the text, click edit to adjust the font size, drag to desired position and then add another lines of content.

4. Q: What fonts does it include? If the size can be adjusted?
   A: It has 20 fonts with adjustable size, including physical and bitmap one. You can directly input any Chinese, English, date, bar number, variable batch code, QR code or bar code by clicking on the screen without connecting to a computer. Only pictures,  like a logo, need to be upload by U disk. Different content information can be saved in the machine at the same time. (up to 200 messages can be stored)

5. Q: Can we erase it?
   A: No ink is indelible. Most ink could be cleaned up by alcohol. It depends on the material of a product, which has different adhesive force to ink. Generally, the bright surface is easy to wipe, and the matte and frosted cover is difficult to clean.

6. Q: How to maintain the cartridge if we don’t print for long-period?
   A: Turn off the handheld printer and take off the ink cartridge. Clean the nozzle with alcohol and cover with protective cap. Store with nozzle upright at a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

1. Warranty: 12 months. Free maintenance during warranty period, except for wearing part.
2. Any of the following circumstances is not covered by the warranty.

1. Did not use, store or protect as the description in the manual.
2. Take apart the machine without manufacturer authorization.
3. Without a warranty card or unauthorized modification of a warranty card.
4. The model in the warranty card is inconsistent with the type of product.
5. Caused by force majeure.
6. Agreed to another agreement.
7. No use of the company’s consumables.
