Before using the device, read the manual and follow the instructions contained therein. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of the device not in accordance with its purpose or improper operation.

Connect the device only to an outlet with characteristics consistent with the values on the nameplate.

Check that the total current consumption of all devices connected to the wall outlet does not exceed the maximum load of the fuse.

If an extension cord is used, check that the total power consumption of the equipment connected to the extension cord does not exceed the load parameters of the extension cord. Arrange the extension cord in such a way as to avoid accidental pulls and tripping over it.

The device is not designed to be controlled by an external timer, separate remote control or other equipment that can turn on the device automatically.

Always unplug the unit from the power supply before maintenance work. When unplugging the power cord, always pull it out of the outlet by holding the plug. Never pull out the power cord by pulling on the cable, as the plug or cable may be damaged, in extreme cases even fatal electric shock may occur.

To connect a rechargeable battery for charging, insert it into the charger,
and then connect the charger to a power source.
To remove the battery from the device, use the battery lock button and then
slide the battery out of the device.
The charger is used to charge the Blaupunkt BP1820 , BP1840 and BP1850 battery
never use it for other purposes or for batteries from other manufacturers.
When the battery is connected, the red charging light will come on and
charging will begin When charging is complete, the green light will remain on
and the red light will turn off Cleaning and maintenance of the device.
Wipe the device with a slightly damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
Make sure that the contacts in the device are always free of dust and dirt
