Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Headlamp :
- Connect the rechargeable modular battery to the headlamp.
- Plug the battery into a power source using the provided charging cable.
- Allow the headlamp to charge until the battery is fully charged.
Turning On/Off and Adjusting Modes:
To turn on the headlamp, press the power button. Press the button again to
cycle through different modes – High, Medium, Low, etc.
Adjusting Focus and Intensity:
To adjust focus and intensity, use the focus control on the headlamp.
Rotate the control to switch between high and low focus options.

- Risk of fire and burns. DO NOT open, crush, heat above specified maximum temperature or incinerate. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can result in elevated temperatures
- DO NOT immerse in water or other liquids
- Properly seal the charging port cover on battery to achieve specified water & foreign object ingress protection. Keep seal free of dirt, oil, sand, or other material that interferes with proper sealing. Failure to do so can result in risk of fire or electric shock.
- DO NOT open the charging port cover on battery if wet or in a wet environment. Thoroughly dry the unit and the seal around water-resistant cover completely before opening water resistant cover
- DO NOT subject to impacts or drops greater than 6.6′ (2 m). Drops larger than this may not show signs of damage, but internal components may have been compromised. It is advisable to replace the unit if any such severe events occur
- To reduce the risk of injury, do not stare at operating lamp. serious eye injury could occur.
- DO NOT attempt to repair the product or charging cable. There are no userserviceable parts.

CHARGING THE BATTERY
Connect the provided USB-C Charging Cable 6 to the USB-C Input/Output Port on the battery, then plug the other end of the cable into a USB port (2.0 or higher), or AC adapter (not included). Refer to the specific instruction manual of the Modular Battery for additional operating instructions
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
POWER ON/OFF
To turn on the headlamp, press and hold the Power/Mode Button 1 .
- To cycle through available lighting modes (High Focus, Low Focus, High All-On, Medium All-on, Low All-on), repeatedly press and release the Power/Mode Button 1 .
- To turn off the headlamp, press and hold the Power/Mode Button 1 .
NOTE : The headlamp will power-on in the same mode that was in use at the time of the previous power-off
ATTACHING HEADLAMP TO HARD HAT
- Install headlamp to hard hat bracket by aligning the slot on the back of the headlamp into the hard hat’s front accessory mount and push the headlamp down until it clicks into place (FIG. B). To remove the headlamp, pull the Release Lever Tab 3 towards the Power/Mode Button 1 and lift the headlamp from the bracket.
- Attach the battery to the hard hat’s accessory mount (FIG. C).
- Attach the Integrated USB-C Power Cable 4 on the headlamp to the USB-C Input/Output Port on the battery (FIG. D).
- To prevent the Integrated USB-C Power Cable 4 from snagging during use, attach the Cable Management Clip 5 to the brim of the hard hat (FIG. E).
The headlamp is now ready to be used
ATTACHING PENCIL / MARKER HOLDER TO HARD HAT
The Pencil / Marker Holder 6 is designed to hold one standard permanent marker and one standard carpenter’s pencil.
- Insert Pencil / Marker Holder 6 into the hard hat’s universal accessory slot from the top until the two retention tabs clear the slot and click into place (FIG. F).
- If the Pencil / Marker Holder 6 is placed on the same side of the hard hat as the Integrated USB-C power cable 4 , dress the cable into the clips at the bottom of the holder (FIG. G).
MAINTENANCE
- CLEANING: Prior to cleaning, be sure headlamp is disconnected from battery and turned off. Wipe with a clean, dry lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- STORAGE: Be sure headlamp is disconnected from battery and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Allow all components to return to ambient conditions before operating.
