Included in the Box is one WiFi Hub and one Power Adapter. Rachio accessories that connect to the HUB are available for purchase separately.
Getting Started
Setting up your Rachio WiFi Hub is quick and easy. Just follow the instructions here and you’ll be able to connect to Rachio’s accessories* in no time.
Existing Rachio User
Already a Rachio customer? Simply Open your Rachio app and add the WiFi Hub to your account
- From your Home Screen, tap “Devices”
- Tap “Add Device”
- Follow the in-app instructions to set up your WiFi Hub
New Rachio User
New to Rachio? Download the Rachio app and follow the in-app instructions to
set up a new account.
Once your account is set up:
- From your Home Screen, tap “Devices”
- Tap “Add Device”
- Follow the in-app instructions to set up your WiFi Hub

The WiFi Hub brings smart features to all your Rachio Accessories*
It is important that the Hub is:
a) Installed indoors
b) Less than 200 feet from a

Rachio warrants that the Product will be free from material defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years » one (1) year for
factory refurbished Products – from the date of purchase from Rachio or an
authorized Rachio dealer. Rachio will repair or replace, free of charge, any
product deemed defective with a product of the same or equivalent model.
Rachio expressly disclaims any other warranties or responsibilities. The full
