Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Washing the Insert Flannel

Every 8 weeks or after approximately 40 uses, it is recommended to wash the insert flannel.

1. Prepare a bowl of hot/warm water.
2. Add 4 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda to the water in the bowl.
3. Immerse the insert flannel into the water and leave it to soak overnight. The bicarbonate of soda will help pull most of the castor oil out.

Step 2: Machine Washing

After soaking the flannel thoroughly, follow these steps to machine wash it:

1. Wring out the flannel to remove excess water.
2. Place the flannel in the washing machine.
3. Select a gentle, delicate wash cycle.
4. Add mild natural soap to the washing machine.
5. Set the washing temperature to 30°C.
6. Start the washing machine.

Step 3: Drying

After washing, it is important to properly dry the insert flannel. Follow these steps:

1. Take the flannel out of the washing machine.
2. Place it on a radiator or in an airing cupboard to air dry.

CASTOR PACK INSTRUCTIONS

1. Using the adjustable straps ensures the belt fits snugly to your shape.
2. Lay the belt on a flat surface with the flannel side facing up.
3. Take ¼ measuring cup of ‘Enhanced Health 100% Organic Castor Oil’ and pour generously across the flannel.
   • PLEASE NOTE: Once you have applied the initial ¼ on your first use you only need to apply 2-3 tablespoons of castor oil on the flannel for each use moving forward.
4. Wear warm socks to ensure you are not losing any heat and a loose shirt that you use specifically for when you apply a castor pack (castor oil stains so be sure to find something that you can use repeatedly).
5. Rub an additional tablespoon of castor oil onto your abdomen.
6. Wash your hands.
7. Put on the belt.
8. Take your Enhanced Health Heat Pad and warm in the microwave as instructed.
9. Find a quiet spot, lay down and apply the heat pad to the abdomen for a maximum of 30-45 minutes.
10. Once completed remove the belt and use your EH organic flannel to wipe away any excess castor oil.

CASTOR PACK CARE

1. Every 8 weeks (approximately after 40 uses) wash your insert flannel.
2. Start by adding 4 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda to a bowl of hot/warm water.
3. Immerse your insert flannel and leave to soak overnight. Bicarbonate of soda will pull most of the castor oil out.
4. After soaking the flannel thoroughly, wring the flannel and place in the washing machine at 30c on a gentle, delicate wash with mild natural soap.
5. Leave to air dry on the radiator or airing cupboard.
