LED Indicator
How to Connect
PC Connection
Wired
Connect the gaming controller to your PC by inserting the Type-C cable into
your PC USB port. If connected, then the LED indicators will be a bright Blue
color.
BT
Open “Bluetooth and other devices settings” and then add Bluetooth or another
device, after that press the “Share+Home” buttons on your gamepad then press
“Wireless Controller” to start the pairing process. If connected, then the LED
indicator will bright Sky Blue color.
Switch Connection
Wired
Connect the gaming controller to your Switch Dock by inserting the Type-C
cable into your Switch Dock USB port. If connected, then the LED indicators
will be a bright Blue color. To connect the gamepad to the Switch, open the
“controller” section on your switch, then open “change grip/order”. after that
press & hold the “Option+Home” buttons on your gamepad and it will start the
pairing process. If connected. then the LED indicator will be a bright Blue
color.
PS4 Connection
To connect the gamepad to PS4, ensure the included USB cable is connected to
the PS4 USB port. When the USB is connected, press the Home button, which will
result in the LED displaying a single color. After different gamepads are
connected, the LED will display different colors to differentiate the users.
To use via BT, Unplug the USB cable, then wait a few seconds, it will
automatically connect to your PS4.
PS3 Connection
To connect the gamepad to PS3, ensure the included USB cable is connected
to the PS3 USB port. When the USB is connected, press the Home button, which
will result in the LED displaying a single color. To use via BT. Unplug the
USB cable, then wait a few seconds, it will automatically connect to your PS3.
Android Connection
To connect the gamepad to Android, first confirm that the Android device is
version 10.0 or above, then ensure the gamepad toggle is switched to Android
mode. Then open Bluetooth on your Android device, and press the home button +
Share button on the gamepad for 3 seconds. Now it will show “Wireless
Controller” as a Bluetooth device, press it to start pairing. If connected,
then the LED indicators will be bright white color.
iOS Connection
To connect the gamepad to iOS, First confirm that the iOS device has been
upgraded to iOS13 or above. Then, ensure the gamepad toggle is switched to iOS
mode, and open the Bluetooth on your iOS device. Next, press the home button +
Share button on the gamepad for 3 seconds., and it will show as “DUALSHOCK 4
Wireless Controller”, press it to start pairing. If connected, then the LED
indicators will be a bright pink color. The controller only supports Apple
devices in lOS 13.0 or above, as well as Apple Store games. Currently, the
controller does not support touch, six-axis, or vibration, while in use with
phones.
How to Use
Turbo Mode
Hold the Turbo button, then press another button that you want to assign. If
you press again, it will trigger Auto Turbo Mode. To clear the Turbo effect,
hold the Turbo button & another button that you already assign for 5 seconds.
You can adjust Turbo speed by holding the turbo button and pushing the right
analog stick up & down. If you push up the analog stick, it will increase the
speed, if you push it down, it will decrease the speed.
Lighting Mode
You can adjust the lighting mode by pressing the option button & left or right
on the D-pad. This will allow you to change between 4 lighting modes (Running
RGB Mode, Breathing Mode, Static Mode, Lighting Off). To adjust the lighting
brightness, press the option button and up or down on the D-pad.
Customizable Rear Triggers
Press and hold the Turbo button, then the gamepad will start to vibrate & LED
indicator will begin to blink, which indicates that it is ready to receive
input. Next, press the button that you want to assign, and then Press the Rear
Paddle that you want to assign (left or right)to finish recording the input.
Trigger Locks
Instantly reduce the trigger pull for faster in-game response time by sliding
the built-in locks.
Stereo Headset Port
Listen to your game by plugging in your headset 3.5mm jack cable to the
gamepad headset port.
Interchangeable Thumbsticks
Control your games, your way! Simply pull off the thumbsticks to replace them
with higher or lower size, to fit your needs!
Troubleshooting
- Gamepad not recognized/not found/not connected
- Check the gamepad connection.
- Check for USB port problems, or change to another USB port.
- Check the Gamepad driver was installed correctly. (If not, please unplug and restart the computer.)
- Press the Home button for 10 seconds to activate reset factory mode.
- Gamepad not working in the game
- Be aware that not all games support gamepads.
- Check the game’s settings options for controller configuration
- No vibration
- Check that the driver was installed correctly.
- Check that the game supports vibration.
- Charging Indicator Light
The indicator light will continue to blink when charging while using the gamepad. The indicator lights wil flash slowly when charging while not using the gamepad. When the battery power is low, the indicator lights will blink and the gamepad will be unable to be used until it is charged, If the gamepad is not in use, the charging time will be around 3.5 to 4.5 hours. When the battery is full, the charging indicator light will burn off. While using the gamepad, the LED will flash slowly to indicate charging, and when the battery is full, the LEDs will be a solid color to indicate power.
