How to use

Button Function

  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until you hear the “Power On” audio prompt .
  • Microphone Mute: Double-press the Power But ton until you hear the audio prompt “Microphone off” and vice versa.
  • Volume Button: Single-press the Volume Button+/ – to increase or decrease the volume.
  • Previous/Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Button+/- for 3 seconds to choose the next or previous track.
  • 2.4G/ BT Switch: Slide the 2.4G/BT slider button to switch t he connection between 2.4G and BT mode.
  • Gaming/Music Made: Single-press the Power Button to change between Gaming or Music Mode (only works in 2.4G model.
    Note: When you use the Wired 3.5mm TRRS Mode, all the button functions cannot be used.

How to connect

2.4GMode

  1. Slide the 2.4G/BT slider button to the 2.4G side , and you will hear the audio prompt “Adapter Mode”.
  2. Plug the USB Dongle into your device, and then you will hear the audio prompt “Connected”, which means the headset is successfully connected.
  3. The 2.4G dongle is plug-and-play. If it doesn’t connect to your device, please c heck your device’s sound settings and choose the audio input.

BT Mode

  1. Slide the 2.4G/BT slider button to the BT side, and you will hear the audio prompt “Bluetooth Mode”.
  2. Turn on your device’s Bluetooth connection.
  3. Search and choose “Studio Pro WHG03” on your device, and t hen you will hear the audio prompt “Connected”, which means the headset is successfully connected .

Wired 3.5mm TRRS Mode:

  1. Plug the USB-C to 3.5mm TRRS cable into your headset’s USB-C port and the 3.5mm TRRS into your device.
  2. Then it w ill automatically connect. (If it doesn’t connect to your device, please c heck your device’s sound settings and choose the audio input.)

Wired USB Mode:

  1. Turn on your headset: the slider button c an be either in 2.4G or BT mode.
  2. Plug the USB-C to USB-A cable into your headset’s USB-C port and the USB-A into your device.
  3. Then it w ill automatically connect. (If your PC or laptop doesn’t recognize the headset, please try to p lug it into another USB port.)

Reset connection

2.4G Mode

  1. Unplug the 2.4G dongle from your dev ice.

  2. When the headset is powered on, slide the 2.4G/BT slider button to the 2.4G side.

  3. Press and hold the power button for 9 seconds, then the headset will turn off and the “Power Off” audio prompt will be heard.
    After that, the headset will turn on again, and the “Pairing” audio prompt will be heard. (Don’t take your finger off the power button during this process: otherwise, the reset process will fail.)

  4. Bring the headset c loser to the 2.4G dongle while you plug the dong le into your device, and then the headset will automatically connect to your device.

Note: You need to bring the headset c loser to the dongle white you p Jug the dongle into your device: otherwise , the connection with fail. If the connection fails please try again from the first step.

BT Mode

  1. When the headset is powered on, slide the 2.4G/BT slider button to the BT side.
  2. Press the power button three times, and then you will hear the “Disconnected” and “Pairing” audio prompts.
  3. Search and choose “Studio Pro WHG03” on y our device, and then you will hear the audio prompt “Connected”, which means the headset is successfully connected.

Software

Once you connect the USB cable or 2.4G dongle to your PC, the software will display this icon indicating that the headset has been successfully linked to the software. Conversely , when you detach the USB c able or 2.4G dongle , the software will show this icon confirming that the headset is now disconnected.
•Note: The software can only be used on 2.4G Mode or Wired USB 7. 1 Mode.

Settings

  • Enable the auto-start feature by checking the box to launch the software automatically upon PC start-up.
  • Switch the software language between English and Mandarin.

Volume

  • Activate or deactivate monitoring.
  • Adjust microphone and head phone volume.
  • Modify or enable/disable the ENC microphone .

EQ

  • Toggle EQ on/off
  • Utilize prese t EQ settings for Acoustic, sass, or Gaming
  • Create a personalized EQ using Custom 1 / 2/3, press save to save your custom EQ settings, and press reset to re set the custom EQ settings.

Virtual 7 .1

  • Enable or disable 7. 1 Virtual Surround So und
  • Choose your preferred virtual space size.

Mic Effect

  • Alter your voice effect with opt ions such as Announcer, Electro I , Electro 2, Boss Deep, Kid . Female, Male , Radio . Monster. Minion, and Magic Sound.
  • Select the “Normal” effect to re turn to your normal voice.

Important

  1. Please only use the included cable to charge and use the head se t.
  2. Please fully charge the headset for first-time use.
  3. When the headset is not used for a long time, we recommend charging it every 3 months to pro vide good protection for the battery.
  4. Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product.
  5. Please keep t he products dry and avoid humid places.
  6. Keep away from f ire or other hot objects.
