Operation & Repair

1. Non-professionals or unauthorized repair personnel are prohibited from repairing or retrofitting this product.
2. If the power cord is aged, or tangled or if the power plug is damaged, stop using this product immediately. The power cord must be replaced by professional technicians from the German Pool Customer Service & Repair Centre.
3. If sparks, smoke, or any abnormal odors occur, stop using this product immediately and unplug it from the power socket.
4. If this product will not be used for a prolonged period, please unplug it from the power socket.
5. DO NOT disassemble or retrofit this product by yourself.
6. DO NOT touch this product with wet hands or use water to wipe this product, to avoid water causing damage to this product’s components.
7. Before moving this product or performing any maintenance on this product, unplug it from the power source.
8. When unplugging this product, hold it by the plug, DO NOT pull on the power cord.
9. Make sure to unplug this product from the power source before taking off the protective grilles

Operating Environment

Product Structure

Correct Disposal of this product
Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special treatment is necessary. This product must not be disposed of together with the domestic waste. This product has to be disposed at an authorized place for recycling of electrical and electronic appliances. By collecting and recycling waste, you help save natural resources and make sure the product is disposed of in an environmentally friendly and healthy way.

Operation Instruction

Note:
This product features a folding design. DO NOT exert too much force when folding and unfolding.

1. Lift the fan head 90° until it sits perpendicular to the fan base.

4. Push the pole stabilizer down into the slot on the fan base, and turn it clockwise until tightened.
5. Connect the charger to the power adaptor, and place the charger into the port underneath the fan base. (Note: DO NOT allow foreign matter to enter any of the ports)
6. Extend: Pull the telescopic pole upwards to your desired height until you hear a click indicating the pole is locked in place. Retract: Push the spring button of any section, and the pole will retract down to that height.

CONTROL PANEL

REMOTE CONTROL

Note:
Functions on the remote control and control panel are the same, except the Remote Control has additional Light Adjustment Button and Mute Button.

Turn On & Standby State

1. Connect the product to the power source, the control panel lights up for 1 second then go dark, and the product enters the standby state.
2. Tap the On/Off Key to turn on the product, the product runs on wind speed level 1 by default, LED display shows “1”.
3. When the fan is running and the user taps the On/Off Key to turn off the fan, the fan head will automatically return to the center position.

Note:

• On/Off Key does not completely disconnect the electrical supply to the product. If the product will not be used for a prolonged period, please unplug the power cord.
• This product has a memory function. The next time the fan is turned on again, the fan will run in the previous setting (except for the timer) before it is turned off and returned to a standby state. If the power supply is cut off, memory is erased.

Adjusting Wind Speed

1. When the fan is running, tap the Increase Key or Decrease Key to adjust the wind speed, the highest is Level 12, and the lowest is Level 1.
2. Tap and hold the Increase Key or Decrease Key to speed up adjustment.

Note:
In ECO Mode, wind speed is not adjustable.

Mode Selection
When the fan is running, tap the Mode Key to cycle among Normal Mode / Sleep Mode / Rhythm Mode / ECO Mode. The corresponding indicator light will light up constantly.

Sleep Mode| LED display shows the current wind speed level; the wind speed level is adjustable by tapping the Increase Key or Decrease Key. Wind speed will decrease one level after a certain period, and will continue to decrease until the wind speed level is finally down to “1”, after which it will stay at level 1 until the user exits Sleep Mode
Rhythm Mode| LED display shows the chosen wind speed level, the fan will periodically decrease one speed level, when the fan level drops to 1, it will automatically increase back to the initially chosen wind speed level
ECO Mode| LED display shows the current wind speed level, the fan will automatically adjust wind speed according to the indoor temperature

In ECO Mode, the fan will automatically adjust the wind speed level according to the ambient temperature:

24-25°C
Wind Speed Level| 7| 8| 9| 10| 11| 12|
Indoor Temperature| 25-26°C| 26-27°C| 27-28°C| 28-29°C| 29-32°C| Above 32°C|

Note:
When the indoor temperature is below 19°C, the display panel shows “00” and then the fan stops running. When indoor temperature increases, the fan will automatically turn on and run at the designated wind speed level. (Due to the perception deviation of surrounding ambient temperature, there may be a slight variation in wind speed level.)

Oscillation Function

1. When the fan is running, tap the Oscillation Key to turn on the horizontal oscillation function. The default oscillation angle is 60°.
2. Tap the Oscillation Angle Key to cycle among oscillation angles of 30° / 60° / 120°.

Note:
The vertical fan angle is manually adjustable. DO NOT exert too much force when adjusting the angle to avoid damaging the product.

Setting Off-Timer

1. When the fan is running, tap the Timer Key to enter the off-timer setting. Timer Indicator Light and numerical display blink.
2. Tap the Timer Key repeatedly, or tap the Increase Key and Decrease Key to adjust the timer duration between 0.5-8 hours.
3. If the product does not receive any further command in 3 seconds, it will automatically confirm the timer and start to countdown. When the countdown reaches zero, the fan will automatically turn off.

Setting On-Timer

1. In the standby state, tap the Timer Key to enter the on-timer setting. Timer Indicator Light and numerical display blink.
2. Tap the Timer Key repeatedly, or tap the Increase Key and Decrease Key to adjust the timer duration between 0.5-8 hours.
3. If the product does not receive any further command in 3 seconds, it will automatically confirm the timer and start to countdown. When the countdown reaches zero, the fan will automatically turn on.

Note:
To turn off the timer, tap the Timer Key repeatedly until the time indicated reaches “0.0”.

Charging The Product’s Battery
The main unit of this product is equipped with a Li-ion battery. When a battery is charged, the fan can be used cordless. When the fan is charging or in use, the display panel will show the battery reserve. When the fan is being used cordless, the number of Battery Indicator Lights lit will show the actual amount of battery left.

When the battery reserve is under 20%, the battery indicator will blink in red. Please recharge the battery.

When the battery is charging, the corresponding battery reserve level will blink, indicating the battery is charging.

Using The Remote Control

Note:

• Before initial use, pull out the insulating material from the battery box.
• When the remote control is placed close to the fan but it doesn’t function, it indicates that it’s time to change the battery.
• Improper installation of the battery will lead to battery leakage and corrosion, and damage the remote control.

Please observe the following instructions:

1. When changing the battery, always replace it with a brand-new battery.
2. DO NOT retrofit, short circuit, or disassemble the battery to avoid danger.
3. When placing in a new battery, make sure the polarity of the battery is correct.
4. If the remote control will not be used for a prolonged period, please remove the battery to avoid battery leakage.
5. When disposing of batteries, please place them in government-designated recycling bins or collection points to prevent environmental pollution.

WARNING!
This product contains a coin/button cell battery. If the coin/button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death. Keep new and used batteries away from children.

Note:

1. The remote control should be pointed directly at the signal receiver on the display panel to maximize remote control reception.
2. This product may respond to the remote control of other devices.
3. Other products may respond to this remote control. This is due to overlapping frequencies of the remote controls. There is no quality problem in the product itself. To avoid interference, keep this remote control away from other electrical devices during operation.
4. The On/Off button on the remote control does not completely disconnect the power supply to this product. If the product will be unused for a prolonged period of time, please unplug the power cord from the socket.

WARNING!
Turn off the product, unplug it from the power source, and let the product cool down completely before
cleaning and maintenance.

1. DO NOT use solvents such as benzene or bleach, nor use hard-bristle brushes to clean this product, as they can corrode or scratch the product’s exterior color. For stubborn stains, it is recommended to use a specialized cleaner for kitchen utensils to clean the product.
2. The fan blade is a crucial component. Please handle with care during installation, disassembly, cleaning, and usage to prevent deformation.
3. When operating various function switches or buttons, it is important to avoid abrupt or rapid movements.
4. Grease and dirt on the fan should be cleaned off immediately. DO NOT use gasoline or strong alkaline solutions for cleaning, as they may damage the functionality of the surface paint components.
5. During operation, if the user detects any malfunction such as the product being hot to the touch, emitting an abnormal burnt odor or the wind speed suddenly slows down, immediately turn off the power unplug from the power source, and contact German Pool Customer Service & Repair Centre for inspection.
6. Before putting the fan into storage, please thoroughly clean off any grease or dirt, wipe it clean with a soft cloth, then wrap it up in brown paper or a clean cloth and store it in a dry and ventilated location free from excessive compression or pressure.
7. DO NOT use water to directly wash the main unit to prevent the risk of short circuits or other electrical malfunctions.

WARNING!
The motor shaft used in this product does not require additional lubrication or maintenance. DO NOT apply lubricating oils such as rust inhibitors, anti- rust oils or sewing machine oils on your own.

Detaching The Front Grille & Fan Blade For Cleaning

WARNING!
Turn off the product, unplug from the power source remove the main unit’s battery, and let theproduct cool down completely before detaching the front grille and fan blade.

1. Unscrew the screw on the bottom of the front grille, and turn the front grille anticlockwise to remove it.
2. Twist the fan blade nut clockwise to remove it.
3. Pull off the fan blade.
4. After cleaning, reattach the parts in reverse order.

Changing The Main Unit’s Battery
