GERMAN POOL DHM-906 UVC Air Purifying Dehumidifier
Warnings and Safety Precautions
Mandatory
Must execute for the safety of you and your family.
This product is applied to standard voltage and frequency. If the power
voltage is higher or lower 10% than the standard voltage, this product will
fail to work and even blow the fuse, which would cause damage to the unit
easily. A voltage regulator is recommended. The operating temperature of this
product is 5-35°C. The unit will not function properly at the temperature
beyond the range.
DO NOT operate this product if the power cord or other connections are
damaged.

DO NOT place this product near heating equipment (such as fire or heater).

Place this product on steady surface to reduce vibration and noise.

While using this product, DO NOT share a cord extension socket with other home appliances, especially the one with extremely thin wires, which may result in fire under certain circumstances.
Only qualified technicians can repair this product.

DO NOT put this product into water or any other liquids.

Unplug this product If it is not to be used for long periods.

This product is intended for general household use, to the exclusion of any other special use.

When an exception occurs (such as burnt smell and smoke), turn off this product, unplug it, and contact qualified technicians to repair it.

If this product will not be used for a long period, activate Fan Mode to make sure the heat conversion element is dry and not getting mildew, which is conducive for its maintenance.

DO NOT use any chemical solutions such as benzene, gasoline and alcohol to wipe off this product. If this product is very dirty, wipe it clean with neutral detergents.

If this product is used for a long period in the same room along with other gas appliance, open the window frequently for ventilation.

DO NOT knot, pull, heat and process the power cord, hang items on it or sandwich it between items.

DO NOT let children touch this product without instruction and supervision.

It is forbidden to wash this product directly under water pipe.

DO NOT hang curtains, wet clothing or any other objects at the air outlet of this product. Otherwise its dehumidify capacity will be declined and noise will become louder.

Shall not place the draining pipe outdoors in cold winter.
Notes for usage

During continuous drainage, make sure the level height of the drain pipe is not higher than that of the water outlet. Otherwise, it will easily wet your floor.

During operation, maintain a minimum clearance of 30cm around this product.

Keep bonsai or pets away from the air outlet during operation.

During operation, do not expose this product to the sun directly. Otherwise it may affect dehumidification effect.

| Child Lock| Press and simultaneously to turn Child
Lock on or off.
Operation Instructions
Basic Operation
Plug in the power source, the product enters into standby state, press to turn
on the product. Ensure the power sup-ply of the product is consistent with the
power grid.
Note:
The product is set at Dehumidify Mode by default after initial power-on. Press
to circulate among Fan, Eco, Dry, Auto and Dehumidify modes.
Dehumidify Mode
By default, the fan speed is set to High and is adjustable by pressing . Press
and buttons to adjust desired humidity level (Min 35%RH; Max 85%RH).
Note:
If the set humidity level is higher than ambient humidity, Dehumidify Mode
will not activate.
Fan Mode
By default, the fan speed is set to Low and is adjustable by pressing , in Fan
Mode, the compressor does not work. LED Display shows ambient humidity
(30-90%RH) and the humidity level cannot be set.
Eco Mode
By default, Eco Mode humidity level is set at 60%. LED display shows ambient
humidity (30-90%RH) and the humidity level cannot be set.
- When ambient humidity ≥ 60%, the product will work in Dehumidify Mode. The fan speed is not adjustable.
- When ambient humidity < 60%, the product will work in Fan Mode. The fan speed is not adjustable.
- RH stands for Relative Humidity
Dry Mode
For drying laundry. The compressor works continuously; by default, the fan
speed is set to High and is not adjustable. Display shows ambient humidity
(30-90%RH) and the humidity level cannot be set.
Note:
Dry Mode facilitates the drying of laundry by lowering ambient humidity level,
not directly drying laundry with dry heat.
At all times, DO NOT cover the product’s air outlet, and DO NOT hang wet
laundry on top of the product to avoid water dripping into and damaging the
product.
When drying laundry, please close all windows and doors to facilitate the
drying process.
Auto Mode
By default, Auto Mode humidity level is set at 50% and is not adjustable. LED
Display shows ambient humidity (30-90%RH).
- When ambient humidity ≥70%, the product will work in Dehumidify Mode at high fan speed, and the fan speed is not adjustable.
- When ambient humidity is between 50%-70%, the product will work in Dehumidify Mode at low fan speed, and the fan speed is not adjustable.
- When ambient humidity is <50%, the product will work in Fan Mode, and the fan speed is not adjustable.
Advanced Operation
UVC & Anion Function
Long-press 3 seconds to turn UVC Disinfection & Anion
Purification Function on or off.
Timer Function
- Countdown to Switch On: When the product is in standby state, press and set time from 0 hour to 24 hours by pressing and . Timer will start to countdown, once the set time arrives, the product will turn on automatically.
- Countdown to Switching Off: While the product is running, press and set time from 0 hour to 24 hours by pressing and Buttons. Timer will start to countdown; once the set time arrives, the product will turn off automatically.
- When Timer Function is activated, press to check the setting info. To cancel Timer, press again while the LED display is blinking.
Child Lock Function
Press and simultaneously to activate Child Lock. Indicator Light lights up and
all button operations become invalid; press and simultaneously again to
deactivate the Child Lock, Indicator Light turns off.
Note:
After switching off the product, the product will run for another 1 minute (in
all modes except Fan Mode) to dissipate residual humidity inside, after which
it will turn off automatically.
Draining Instructions
When the water tank is full, the product will turn off automatically and all
but-tons become invalid. The buzzer will beep 5 times, Indicator Light lights
up and “FL” flashes on the LED Display to alert user to empty the water tank.
Gently hold onto the hollow at the bottom of the tank and pull out the tank.
Drain the water and insert the tank back to the right place before restarting
the product.
Continuous Drainage
To avoid frequent emptying of the water tank, user may attach a drain pipe of
10mm inner diameter to the back of the product (pipe not included).

Step 3| Prior to usage, check carefully and ensure the pipe is connected
securely to avoid water leakage.|
Cleaning & Maintenance
WARNING!
Prior to maintenance or repair, turn off the product and unplug from the power
source to avoid electric shock.
Cleaning the Filter
Filter of the product is detachable for cleaning. Remove the filter, rinse it with clean water. Reinstall filter after it has completely air-dried. It is recommended to clean the filter once every two weeks.
- If the filter is only slightly dirty, simply remove the dust with a vacuum cleaner.
- If the filter is filthy, wash it with clean water. DO NOT use water exceeding 40°C.
Note:
To avoid deformation of the filter, let it air-dry after cleaning. DO NOT use
any dry-ers. DO NOT use any chemical solutions such as alcohol, gasoline and
benzene to clean it.
Cleaning the Main Body
- Wash the water tank with a soft wet cloth to prevent the interior from getting mildew.
- If the body or water tank is very filthy, clean it with soft cloth moistened with diluted neutral detergent. DO NOT use any chemical solutions such as alcohol, gasoline and benzene to clean the body.
Maintenance
- If the product will not to be used for a prolonged period of time, unplug the power source.
- Clean the product and let it completely air dry. After product and water tank are completely dry, put the power cord back into the water tank. Then cover the product with plastic bag or dust bag to prevent dust from entering.
