Öncelikle tercihinizden dolayi sizi kutluyoruz. Soutucu cihazinizi en verimli bir ekilde kullanabilmeniz için bu kilavuzu takdim ediyoruz. Soutucu cihazinizi kullanmaya balamadan önce bu kilavuzu dikkatlice okuyunuz ve ihtiyaç duyduunuzda bavurmak üzere saklayiniz.

1. AMAÇ VE KULLANIM Souk servis üniteleri, restoran, bar, market ve
büyük mutfaklarda souk servis yapilan gidalari servis süresince koruma amaçli olarak tasarlanmitir. Gerek cihazin gerekse kullanicisinin herhangi bir zarar görmemesi için cihazi bunun diinda bir amaç için kullanmayiniz. Üretici firma; Cihazin yukarida belirtilen amaci diinda
kullanilmasindan veya eitim almami kiiler tarafindan çalitirilmasindan dolayi, Yanli montajdan dolayi, Yetersiz temizlik ve bakimdan dolayi, Yetkili teknisyenler tarafindan yapilmayan bakim veya teknik müdahalelerden dolayi, Orijinal yedek parça kullanilmamasindan dolayi, Kullanim kilavuzuna uymadan yapilan herhangi bir ilemden dolayi, nsanlara, hayvanlara veya eyalara kari meydana gelebilecek nihai zararlardan sorumluluk kabül etmez. Bu cihazlarin; patlayici ve yangin riskinin bulunduu ortamlarda, kötü hava artlarinin olduu ortamlarda (temiz hava bulunmayan, ya ve toz oraninin yüksek olduu yerlerde) kullanimi uygun deildir.
2. GENEL ÖNLEMLER Eer çevrede küçük çocuklar varsa cihazi çaliir
durumda yada kapilarini kilitlemeden birakmayiniz. Çaliir durumdaki cihaza islak ve nemli el yada
çiplak ayak ile dokunmayiniz. Ekovat içindeki soutucu gaz zehirli deildir, ancak
yine de yutulmamalidir.

Sulu yemeklerin muhafazasi buu oluumuna sebep olabilir. Bu durum cihazin normal çalimasini etkilemez.
Koruyucu kapaklarin altina veya dönen aksamin arasina tornavida vb. aletleri kesinlikle sokmayiniz.
Cihazda temizlik, yer deitirme, bakim yada onarim faaliyetine balamadan önce mutlaka ana alteri kapatiniz ve cihaz fiini prizden çekiniz. Soutma sisteminde ozon tabakasina zarar veren CFC(kloroflorokarbon) gazini içermeyen R134a veya R404A, R290 freon gazi kullanilmaktadir.
3. TAIMA VEYA YERNDEN OYNATMA Ürünler tainacak yer ve uzaklia göre, müteri
isteine bali olarak paketli yada paketsiz gidebilir. Paketler mukavva + strech film yada buna ilave olarak ahap kafesli olabilir. Yükleme ve taima mutlaka transpalet veya forklift ile yapilmalidir. Yükleme ve indirme sirasinda ürüne gelebilecek hasarlar garanti kapsaminda deildir.
4. MONTAJ Cihazi yeterli havalandirmanin yapilabildii bir
yere yerletiriniz. Cihaz üzerindeki koruyucu naylonu siyirarak
çikariniz. Yüzey üzerinde yapikan madde artiklari kalirsa uygun bir çözücü ile temizleyeniz (örnein Henkel-Helios). Cihazi düzgün bir zemin üzerine ayarlanabilir ayaklari vasitasi ile teraziye alarak yerletiriniz. Su giri ve atik su hattini(eer varsa) balayiniz. Cihazinizi soba, firin, ocak, kalorifer gibi isi kaynaklarindan koruyunuz. Bu mümkün deilse belirtilen isi kaynaklarindan en az 50cm uzak bir yere cihazi yerletiriniz.

Yetersiz soutmadan dolayi yiyeceklerin bozulma riski nedeni ile cihazi direkt güne iiina maruz birakmayiniz.
Cihazin soutma ünitesi mutlaka rahat hava alabilecei (hava akimini engellemeyecek) bir yerde olmalidir.
5. ELEKTRK BALANTISI Cihaz 220-230V 50-60Hz ebeke geriliminden
beslenmelidir. Kablo kesiti maksimum akimi taiyacak kesitte
seçilmelidir. Voltaj toleransi ± % 10’u geçmemelidir. Cihaz mutlaka topraklanmalidir. Topraklama
yapilmadan kullanma durumunda üretici firma hiç bir sorumluluk kabul etmez. Ani elektrik kesintilerinde veya prizi fie takip çikarmalarda soutma sistemindeki gazin basinci henüz dengelenmemi olduu için cihazinizin sistemine zarar verebilir. Bu tür olaylara kari dikkatli olunmali ve bu tür olaylardan doacak arizalarin garanti kapsami diinda kalacai bilinmelidir.

6. KULLANIM Cihaz profesyonel kullanim için tasarlanmitir ve sadece bu konuda eitim almi kiiler tarafindan kullanilmalidir.
6.1. Çalitirma öncesi Montaj sirasinda cihaza bir hasar gelip
gelmediini kontrol ediniz. Kontrol panelinin, elektrik kablolarinin ve
balantilarinin hasarsiz ve doru yapildiindan emin olun. Adaptör, birden fazla fi ve ekleme balantilari üstünden kesinlikle cihaza elektrik vermeyiniz. Cihazin soutma ünitesi önündeki havalandirma deliklerinin kapali olmadiindan emin olunuz. Cihazinizi ilk çalitirma öncesi en az 1 saat bekleyiniz. Böylece nakliye ve taima esnasinda sisteme karimi ya tekrar kompresöre geri dönecektir. Cihaz maksimum 430C di ortam sicaklii (statik soutma sisteminin kullanildii ürünlerde maksimum 320C) ve %60 bail nem koullari altinda çaliacak ekilde tasarlanmitir. Yukaridaki artlara uyum salanamadii takdirde ürünün çalima performansinda ciddi kayiplar ortaya çikacak, ekovat in erken yipranmasina ve airi enerji kaybina sebebiyet verecektir.

7. TEMZLK ve BAKIM Cihazda temizlik yada bakim faaliyetine
balamadan önce mutlaka cihaz fiini prizden çekiniz. Cihazi temizlemek için ilik suya batirilmi bez ve kokusuz, yiyeceklere zarar vermeyen tipte bir temizleyici (deterjan) kullaniniz. Asla cihazin iç yada di yüzeylerine zarar verebilecek aindirici içerii olan deterjanlar veya çizik yapabilecek tel firçalar kullanmayiniz. Kondenser üzerinde biriken tozlar cihazin verimli bir ekilde çalimasini engelleyecei için 15 günde bir yumuak bir firça veya elektrikli süpürge ile kondenser üzeri ve çevresinin tozunu temizleyiniz. (ekil-1) Fan motorunun en çok 15 günde bir yalanmasi gerekmektedir.(Bulunduu ortama göre bu süre daha kisada tutulabilir). Kondenser ve fan

motorunun bakiminin yapilmamasi cihazin verimliliini düürür ve ekovatin yanmasina sebep olabilir. Buzdolabinin evaparatöründeki (soutucu petek) airi karlanma (buzlanma) cihazin verimini düürücü ve problem yaratici bir unsurdur. Cihazinizin uzun ömürlü ve verimli olabilmesi için karlanma olutuunda cihazi defrost (eritme) yaptiriniz. Cihazi direkt veya yüksek basinçli su ile temizlemeyiniz. Aksi halde elektrik tesisatinin arizasina neden olabilirsiniz. Cihazda tehlikeli bir durum görülmesi halinde, yetkili servise haber veriniz. (Bavurunuzda cihazin yan tarafinda etikette yazili olan seri numarasi ve modelini özellikle belirtiniz.) Ehliyetsiz kiilerin cihaza müdahale etmesine izin vermeyiniz. Aksi takdirde cihaziniz garanti dii kalacaktir. Bunun yaninda sizin yapmakla yükümlü olduunuz bakim ilemlerini yapmamanizdan kaynaklanan arizalarin bakim ve onarimi ücrete tabidir. Cihaz eer uzun süre çalitirilmayacaksa elektrik balantisini kesiniz, içindeki yiyecekleri diari aliniz, oksitlemeye kari korumak için gida maddelerine zarar vermeyen bir dezenfektan ile tüm yüzeyi temizleyiniz, küf, kötü koku ve oksitlenmeyi önlemek için kapilarini açik birakiniz, toza kari korumak için üstünü örtünüz.

First of all we congratulate you for your choice. We present this guide for you to use your cooling equipment in the most efficient way. Please carefully read this guide before using your cooling equipment and keep it preserved for future reference when needed.

1. PURPOSE AND USAGE

Cold service units are designed for

preserving cold served foods during the

service in restaurants, bars, shops and big

kitchens.

In order to avoid the occurrence of any

harm to the equipment or its user, do not use

the equipment for any purpose other than the

above stated.

The manufacturer does not assume

responsibility for any harm that may occur to

humans, animals or property due to any of

the conditions stated below

Due to the usage of the equipment for

In environments where fire and explosion risk and improper air conditions (such as places where fresh air is lacking or the proportion of oil or dust is high) are present the usage of these equipments is not suitable.
2. GENERAL MEASURES Do not leave the equipment in working
condition or its doors unlocked if there are children nearby. Do not touch the working equipment with wet or damp hands or with your bare foot. The refrigerant gas within Ekovat is nontoxic, however it still should not be inhaled. Preservation of certain stew-like dishes may cause steaming. This does not affect the normal operation of the equipment.

Under no circumstances insert items such as screwdriver or similar below the protective covers or between moving parts.
Before commencing any cleaning, moving, maintenance or repair action on the equipment make sure that the switch has been turned of and the equipment is unplugged.
Either R134a or R404A gases that do not include CFC (chlorofluorocarbonne) gas harmful for the ozone layer is used in the cooling system.
3. TRANSPORTATION OR DISLOCATION Products may be shipped either packaged or unpackaged depending on the point and distance of the destination and the requests of the customer. Packages can made of cardboard and stretch film or cardboard, stretch film and wooden cages in addition. Loading and transportations shall be
definitely made via transportable working platforms or forklifts. Damages that may occur on the product during loading and unloading operations are not covered by the warranty.
4. MONTAGE Place the equipment on a spot where
adequate ventilation is provided. Strip and remove the protective nylon on the
equipment. In case of any remnant goo will be available on the surface, remove it with a convenient solvent (such as Henkel-Helios). Place the equipment on a flat ground by balancing it with its adjustable mounting. Connect water entry and drain water (if available) lines. Protect your equipment from heat sources such as heaters, ovens, furnaces, radiator. If that is not possible place the equipment at least 50cm away of the above stated heat sources. Do not expose the equipment to direct sunlight due to the risk of spoilage of food due to inadequate cooling. Cooling unit of the equipment should definitely be in a place where it can easily intake air (where airflow will not be obstructed).
5. ELECTRIC CONNECTION Equipment should be feed with 220-230V
50-60Hz line voltage.

Cable section shall be chosen for supporting maximum current.
Voltage tolerance shall not exceed ± 10 %. Equipment must be grounded.
Manufacturing company assumes no responsibility in case of using the equipment without grounding. Sudden plugging / unplugging the equipment or power blackouts may damage the system of your equipment due to the pressure of the refrigerant gas may not be balanced yet. Certain attention should be paid for such incidents and it shall be known that failures caused due to such incidents are not covered by the warranty.
6. USAGE The equipment has been designed for professional use and should be used only by those who are trained in this matter.
6.1. Before Starting Check whether any damage has been caused
during the montage. Ensure that the control panel, electric wires
and its connections are made properly and are damage free. Under no circumstances supply electric to the equipment through adaptor, more than one plugs and attachment connections. Make sure that the ventilation holes at the front of the cooling unit of the equipment are not closed. Wait for at least one hour before the initial start up of the equipment. This will allow the oil that have flowed into the system during the transportation and moving to return to the compressor. The equipment has been designed for operating in conditions of maximum 43C0 external environment temperature (maximum 32C0 for products using static cooling system) and 60% relative humidity. In case the above stated conditions are not met, significant losses on the operating performance of the equipment will occur, excessive energy loss will be caused and ekovat will outwear earlier.

7.1. INDICATIONS
7.3. Turning on Plug the electric plug of the equipment to
grounded outlet. Start up your equipment via the on-off
switch. If your equipment has forced cooler turn on
its fan. Do not open the doors until your equipment
enters into regime. Adjust your equipment to the desired degree
through the cooler control device on the control panel.
7.4. Turning off Switch the on-off switch to “Off” position. Unplug.
8. CLEANING and MAINTENANCE Be absolutely sure that the equipment is
unplugged before commencing cleaning or maintenance activity on the equipment. For cleaning use a cleaning cloth dipped into warm water and an odourless detergent of a type that does not harm food. Never use detergents having abrasive ingredients or wire brushes that may scratch inner or outer surfaces of the equipment. Since the dust accumulated on the condenser affects the efficient operation of the equipment, remove the dust on or near the condenser with a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner once in every two weeks. (Figure-1) Fan motor is required to be oiled no more than once in every two weeks (this period may be shortened depending on the

environment). Not maintaining the condenser and the fan motor decreases the efficiency of the equipment and may cause ekovat to burn out. Occurrence of excessive icing on the evaporator (cooler core) of the refrigerator is a factor that decreases the efficiency of the equipment and cause problems. In order to keep your equipment efficient and with a long lifecycle defrost the equipment when icing occurs. Do not clean the equipment with direct or high pressure water. Otherwise you may cause an electric wiring defect. In case of observing any hazardous situation immediately inform authorized service. (For reference indicate your equipment’s serial number and model both written on the label on the side of the equipment). Do not allow interference on the equipment by unlicensed persons. Otherwise your equipment will not be covered by warranty. Also the repairs and maintenances of any defect that may be caused by negligence of the maintenance activities you are supposed to carry out are subject to relative fees. If the equipment will not be used for a long duration unplug it, take out any food in it, for avoiding oxidation clean the complete interior surface with a disinfectant not harmful to food, leave its doors open for avoiding molding and smell, cover it for preventing dusting.

1. ZWECK UND VERWENDUNG Die Kaltdienstanlage dienen zum Schutz der
kalt servierten Speisen in den Restaurants, Bars, Märkten und Großküchen. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht zu einem anderen Zweck als dem, um weder das Gerät noch den Benutzer zu beschädigen. Der Hersteller kann nicht für Folgendes haftbar gemacht werden: Bedienung des Geräts durch andere als

2. ALLGEMEINE VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN
Wenn kleine Kinder in der Nähe sind, lassen Sie die Tür nicht entriegelt oder in Betrieb.
Berühren Sie das Arbeitsgerät nicht mit nassen und feuchten Händen oder nackten Füßen.
Kühlmittel in Ecowatt ist nicht giftig, sollte aber nicht verschluckt werden.
Lagerung von saftigen Mahlzeiten kann zur Bildung von Nebel führen. Diese Situation hat keinen Einfluss auf den normalen Betrieb des Geräts.

3. TRANSPORT UND BEWEGEND Je nach Standort und zu transportierender Strecke können die Produkte je nach Kundenwunsch mit oder ohne Verpackung bewegt werden. Pakete können Karton + Stretchfolie plus Holzkäfig sein. Das Verladen und Transportieren muss mit einem Hubwagen oder Gabelstapler erfolgen. Beschädigungen am Produkt während des Ladens und Entladens sind nicht von der Garantie gedeckt.
4. INSTALLATION Stellen Sie das Gerät an einem Ort auf, an dem ausreichende Belüftung möglich ist. Streifen Sie das Schutznylon vom Gerät und entfernen Sie es. Wenn sich klebrige Rückstände auf der Oberfläche befinden, reinigen Sie diese bitte mit einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel (zB HenkelHelios). Stellen Sie das Gerät mit verstellbaren Füßen auf eine ebene Fläche und balancieren Sie es aus. Schließen Sie den Wassereinlass und die Abwasserleitung (wenn überhaupt) an. Schützen Sie Ihr Gerät vor Wärmequellen wie Herd, Öfen, Kocher und Heizung. Ist dies nicht möglich, stellen Sie das Gerät mindestens 50 cm von den angegebenen Wärmequellen entfernt auf. Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht direktem Sonnenlicht aus, da sonst die Gefahr von Lebensmittelverschlechterung durch unzureichende Kühlung besteht. Die Kühleinheit des Geräts muss sich an einem Ort befinden, an dem es absolut Luft erhalten kann (es blockiert nicht den Luftstrom).
5. ELEKTRISCHE VERBINDUNG Das Gerät sollte von 220-230V 50-60Hz

Netzspannung gespeist werden. Der Kabelabschnitt sollte so gewählt
werden, dass er maximalen Strom führt. Die Spannungstoleranz sollte ± 10% nicht
überschreiten. Das Gerät muss geerdet sein. Der Hersteller
übernimmt keine Haftung für die Verwendung ohne Erdung.
Plötzliche Stromausfälle oder das Einund Ausstecken können zu Schäden am Gerätesystem führen, da der Druck im Kühlsystem noch nicht ausgeglichen ist. Sie sollten bei solchen Vorfällen vorsichtig sein und sich bewusst sein, dass Defekte, die aus solchen Vorfällen resultieren, nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt werden.
6. VERWENDUNG Das Gerät ist für den professionellen Gebrauch bestimmt und sollte nur von geschultem Personal benutzt werden.
6.1. Vor dem Betrieb Bei der Installation auf Beschädigungen
achten. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Bedienfeld,
die elektrischen Kabel und die Anschlüsse unbeschädigt und korrekt angeschlossen sind. Betreiben Sie das Gerät niemals über den Adapter, mehrere Stecker und Steckverbindungen. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Lüftungslöcher vor der Kühleinheit des Geräts nicht geschlossen sind. Warten Sie mindestens eine Stunde, bevor Sie Ihr Gerät zum ersten Mal starten. Das Gerät ist für eine maximale Umgebungstemperatur von 430 C (maximal 320C für Produkte mit statischer Kühlung) und eine relative Luftfeuchtigkeit von 60% ausgelegt. Die Nichteinhaltung der oben genannten Bedingungen führt zu einem ernsthaften Verlust der Produktleistung, vorzeitiger Abnutzung des Ecowatt und übermäßigem Energieverlust.

Übermäßiger Schnee (Vereisung) am Verdampfer des Kühlschranks (Kühlkern) senkt die Effizienz des Gerätes und ist ein problematischer Faktor. Damit Ihr Gerät lange hält und produktiv ist, tauen Sie das Gerät bei Schnee ab.
Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht mit direktem oder Hochdruckwasser. Andernfalls kann es zu Fehlfunktionen der elektrischen Installation kommen.
Informieren Sie im Falle einer gefährlichen Situation im Gerät den autorisierten Service. (Bitte geben Sie in Ihrer Anwendung die Seriennummer und das Modell an, die auf der Seite des Geräts in Ihrer Anwendung stehen.) Lassen Sie niemals unqualifizierte Personen das Gerät sich einmischen.
