Product Usage Instructions

  • Ensure the Power LED and PON LED are solid on to confirm successful registration with your PON router.
  • Use a Wi-Fi or Wired method to connect your device to the router.
  • Wi-Fi Method: Connect using the SSID and Password printed on the router.
  • Wired Method: Turn off Wi-Fi on your device and connect it to the LAN port using an Ethernet cable.
  • Open a browser on a connected device and access http://192.168.1.1 to change the Wi-Fi password following the provided instructions.
  • If you encounter issues such as inability to access 192.168.1.1 or no internet access after configuration, follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the manual.

Q1: Why can’t I access 192.168.1.1?

Try the following solutions:

  1. Check the Power status of the PON router.
  2. Ensure your device is connected to the router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable. Try using a different web browser or device.
  3. Press the RESET button for 5 seconds and reconfigure if needed.
  4. Contact your ISP for further assistance.

Q2: What if I can’t access the internet after configuration?

Try these solutions:

  1. Check the status of LED indicators.
  2. If ONT is set to router mode, ensure it has a valid IP address and gateway.
  3. If ONT is in bridge mode, verify the dial-up router configuration.
  4. Contact your ISP for additional support.

Usage Instructions

  • Connect and Register > 1

  • Connect to the PON Router > 4

  • Configure Wi-Fi Password > 5

  • Troubleshooting > 6

  • Verify if the Power LED and PON LED are solid on, and LOS LED is off, and your PON router is successfully registered.

Note: If the router fails to register, please contact your ISP for help.

Caution, laser

  • DO NOT look directly at the PON port when the device is powered on, as well as the terminal of the indoor fiber cord, to prevent any harm to your eyes.
  • Connect your device to the router using the A Wi-Fi or B Wired method.

A Wi-Fi

  • Connect your device to the router’s Wi-Fi using the SSID (network name) and Password printed on the bottom of the router.

  • Go to step 5 and continue.

B Wired

  • Turn off the Wi-Fi on your computer and connect it to the router’s LAN port via an Ethernet cable.

  • Open a browser on a device that is connected to the router and follow the picture to change the Wi-Fi password.
