Product Usage Instructions

Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery cover and remove the battery.
  2. Remove the insulation strip from the battery and align the golden finger with the socket on the housing.
  3. Ensure the battery is properly placed with the bones around it as a limitation.

Power On

  1. Long press the power key for about 3 seconds to switch on the device.

Printing Instructions

  1. Open the paper container lightly and feed the paper correctly in the direction shown.
  2. Pull some paper outside the cutter and close the cover of the paper container to finish the paper feeding.
  3. If the printed paper is blank, check if the paper roll is installed correctly.

SIM Card, PSAM Card & TF Card Installation

  1. Remove the battery cover to access the card sockets.
  2. Push the card into the socket correctly ensuring it’s in the right position.

FAQ

  • Q: How do I charge the device?
  • A: Use the provided Power Adapter to charge the device. The charge status indicator will show different lights based on the battery level.
  • Q : How do I customize the display on the customer screen?
  • A : The Functional Key can be used for adding customization functions to display tickets, data, and other content on the customer display.

Power key

  • Short press: wake up the screen, and lock the screen.
  • Long press: Long press for 2-3 seconds in power-off mode to switch on the device.
  • Long press for 2-3 seconds in nomal operation mode to select power off or reboot.

Volume key

  • Volume adjustment.

Customer display

  • Customizing the display of tickets, data and other content.

Camera

  • For payment scanning and 1D/2D code quick scanning.

SIM Card Slots/PSAM Card Slots

  • Note: To prevent system error, please make sure the device is turned off when you insert or remove the SIM cards.

TF Card Slots

  • For the device adding additional storage space.
  • Note: To prevent system error, please make sure the device is turned off when you insert or remove the TF card.

  • For adding a customization function.

Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery cover and take out the battery.
  2. Please carefully open the insulation strip on the battery and align the golden finger of the battery with the socket on the housing.
  3. Ensure that the battery is placed in a proper position, with bones around it as a limitation.

  1. This device uses a custom battery Please do not replace other types of batteries. CAUTION: Attempting to replace the incorrect battery may cause an explosion from the battery.
  2. Do not put the battery into the fire or a hot oven, or undergo mechanical shock or crush, there is a danger of explosion.
  3. If the battery is not used for a long time(>6 months), please charge it to 50% ~ 70%, then remove it from the device and store it in the environment of 10’C-35°C,45%RH~85%RH. It is recommended that the battery should be recharged every 3 months to avoid damage.
  4. If the device is not used for more than 2 weeks please unplug the battery to prevent overcharge.

Power on

  1. Long press the power key for about 3 seconds.

SIM Card, PSAM Card &TF Card Installation

  1. Take out the battery cover, and the card sockets wil be shown.
  2. Push the card into the socket correctly.Be sure the card is in the right position.

Printing instruction

This device supports 58mm thermal paper with specifications of 57÷0.5mm*50mm.

  • Please open the paper container lightly.
  • Feed the paper correctly into the paper container in the direction as shown, and pull some paper outside the cutter.
  • Close the cover of the paper container to finish printing paper feeding.

Note: If the printed paper is blank, please check whether the paper roll has been installed in the correct direction.

Card Reading

  1. NFC tag, put the NFC tag over the printer case of the device.

Scan the 1D/2D code

  1. Place the electronic 1D/2D code(like in your cellphone) adown towards the camera vertically.

Fiscal Memory Room and the Interface specification

  1. Remove the screws from the bottom shell and the bottom lead seal screws.

Open the back cover and you will see the room. Notes

  1. GPIO IN is used user-defined, it is usually used to detect if the Fiscal Memory is disconnected.

Indicator and status logic

  1. Long press the power key for about 3 seconds.

Charge status Indicator logic

  • Battery charged – Steady green light
  • Battery level 10% Warning – Steady red light
  • The power supply is charging – Steady yellow light

Network status Indicator logic

  • Unable to connect network- red light
  • networking – Flashing yellow light
  • Networking successful – Steady green light
  • Data transfer – Flashing green light
