HOW TO SET UP THE DUPLEX 2

The Duplex 2 offers 2 different ways to dab with C-Core attachments, plus it works as a fully-conceal­able 510 cartridge vaporizer!

510 CARTRIDGES

1. Pull the base of the Duplex 2 straight down, out of the device.
2. Screw your cartridge into the 510 thread and reattach the base to the device.

ONYX ATOMIZER

1. Pull the base of the Duplex 2 straight down, out of the device.
2. Screw your Onyx Atomizer into the 510 thread and load your dab into the bucket.
3. Reattach the base to the device.

XL NECTAR STRAW TIP

1. Pull the base of the Duplex 2 straight down, out of the device. Make sure there is nothing screwed into the 510 thread and reattach the base.
2. Screw the XL straw tip in to the opposite side of 510 thread, so it’s pointing down.

HOW TO USE THE DUPLEX 2

1. Click the main trigger button 5x to turn the device on.

2. Click button 3x to adjust the temperature level. There are 4 voltages:

3. You’re ready to heat the device! There are 3 methods you can use to take a hit:

   • Sesh Mode:
     Click the button 2x to activate a 15-second heat cycle.
     Sesh Mode is recommended for the Onyx Atomizer

   • Manual Mode:
     Press and hold the button for up to 15 seconds to take a controlled hit.
     Manual Mode is recommended for the XL Straw Tip

   • Auto Draw:
     Simply inhale to take your hit!
     Auto Draw is recommended for 570 cartridges

4. When using the device with a 510 cart or the Onyx Atomizer, use a finger as your carb cap! Cover the hole under the base to control the airflow inside the vape.

5. Click the trigger button 5x to turn the device off.

THE DUPLEX 2 BATTERY

• 900 mAh provides great battery life, even for dabs that use more power!
• The color of the LED lights tells you what your voltage level is, and how many LEDs are lit tells you how much battery life is left.
• Use it while it charges! The Duplex 2 is equipped with pass-through charging.
• Includes a type-C charging cable. Always use a wall outlet to charge the Duplex 2. We prefer the adapter boxes that come with smartphones, but any standard usb adapters will do.

USING THE XL NECTAR STRAW TIP

1. Attach your XL tip under the base and turn the Duplex 2 on.
2. Select your voltage level, and get your jar of concentrate ready.
3. Aim the tip right into the jar, pressing the large blue ceramic tip into the wax.
4. Make sure to allow for plenty of airflow! Small taps against your wax work better than stuffing the tip in the jar or pressing down firmly.
5. We recommend using Manual Mode, so you can control exactly how long the tip is heating.

The Duplex 2 has IntelliThread Technology!
It has a smart sensor that detects the resistance of whatever attachment you screw in, providing a safe & accurate power level

PULSEWAVETECHNOLOCY

The Duplex 2 has pulse wave tech, which means it buzzes to talk to you! Each vibration pattern means something different:

• On: 3-second LED
• Successful connection with 570, onyx atomizer, or tip: 7 buzz
• No connection (open circuit) with 570, onyx atomizer, or tip: 2 buzzes+ 5 LED flashes
• Short circuit: 2 buzzes + 3 LED flashes
• Off: 2 LED flashes
• Overheating Prevention: 70 red LED flashes

TIPS FOR FIXINC CONNECTION ISSUES:

• Clean your connection points!
• Tighten & loosen the attachment to find a connection
• It may be time for a new atomizer or tip

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR DUPLEX 2

1. Pull out base
2. Remove attachments and mouthpiece
3. Pull out carb cap cover
4. Use brush or micro swabs to clean threads and mouthpiece
5. Clean atomizer and tip
6. Replace if needed

REGISTER YOUR DUPLEX 2

1. Your Duplex 2 has an authentication code etched under the trigger plate below the charging port.
2. Go to ooze.life/register and use this code to fill out the registration form.
3. Submit the form. Your Duplex 2 is officially registered in our system, and your warranty is activated!

• Keep away from water.
• Only charge indoors.
• Only charge with included charger – no others!
• Only use in legal and adult use state/province/country.
• Only use approved Ooze attachments.
• Never leave unattended around children/pets.
• Never disassemble.
• Only use wall outlet for charging .
• Do not leave unattended while charging .
• Do not leave charging overnight.
• Always dry thoroughly after cleaning.
