SAFETY WARNING
To protect yourself and others against the risk of electric shock, only connect this unit to grounded outlets.
- Do not immerse cord or heat pad unit in snow or water.
- The outlet that this unit is being connected to should be protected from elements such as rain & snow.
- Please unplug the unit when not in use.
- It is not recommended that you use extension cords.
- Store heat pad unit inside after the winter season.
- The temperature range of the heating pad is:
90F/32C (low) to 105F/40C (high). After 15 minutes turned on, the heat pad will reach 105F/40C when set on high.
EXTREME PET CAT WARMER HEATING PAD INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly
- Remove the cat-house from packaging and lay flat. Base feet should be flat on the ground.
- Locate the following pieces: roof, 4 sided house, base pad, heat pad (inside faux fur cover) and PVC door cover flaps
- Lay the padded base onto the middle of the cat house floor. Then lay your heat pad (inside of the faux fur cover) directly on top of the base pad. The cord should exit the cat house at the corner, underneath the start of the Velcro.
- Attach the PVC door covers above each door.
- Raise up a side panel to meet a door panel. Secure these 2 panels together via the corner Velcro. Repeat for all other sides.
User Instructions
- Always place the cat house on a flat hard surface, in a sheltered location.
- Plug the heat pad into a grounded outlet.
- If connecting the heat pad outdoors, be sure the outlet used is meant for outdoor use.
- Once the heat pad is plugged in, turn on and place a pillow or blanket on top of the heat pad for 15 minutes only. After this time remove these objects and you will be able to feel the warmth on the heat pad.
- Set the desired length of time (in hours) that you want the heat pad to stay on, using the heat pad controller. 6. Unplug the heat pad when not in use and remove from cat house over the warmer months, then store in a dry location.
Safety
- As with any electrical appliance DO NOT immerse any part of the cord or controller in water, snow or any other liquid.
- We do not recommend extension cords.
- Supervision is always recommended when used by children.
- Plug the heat pad into a grounded outlet: 110-120V USA
- and 230V UK
- Please ensure that the chew-proof cord exits the cat house via a corner point, not via a door.
- DO NOT place additional blankets, bedding etc into the house while the heat pad is operating.
- The heat pad can be wiped with a damp cloth, only when unit is unplugged.
