OVERVIEW

REQUIRED TOOLS
READ ENTIRE INSTALLATION PROCEDURE BEFORE YOU BEGIN!
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS
WARNING: TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK, DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE INSTALLING!
WARNING: DO NOT attempt to alter the fixture. The fixture is not
manufactured with parts that are serviceable or replaceable.
WARNING: BURN HAZARD! The fixture can be hot; allow cooling time prior to
touching.
WARNING: DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG OR CORD. This LED light has a polarized
plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of
electric shock. This plug will only fit in a polarized outlet one way. If the
plug does not fully fit in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use a power strip unless the plug
can be fully inserted.
WARNING: Products should be installed following these instructions, local
electrical codes, and/or the current National Electric Code (NEC). Electrical
requirements can be found on the back of the fixture.
WARNING: DO NOT use an extension cord. ONLY use power strips with
integral overcurrent protection
WARNING: DO NOT look directly at LED light source for any extended period
of time.
**CAUTION: ONLY operate in areas with air temperatures ranging between
-0°F to 104°F (-18°C to 40°C).
CAUTION: ONLY route and secure the cords in a manner where they will not
be pinched or damaged. DO NOT hang items from cords.
CAUTION: DO NOT mount to surfaces with a thickness less than 1/4 in. DO
NOT mount over sinks or stoves.
CAUTION:** DO NOT USE THIS FIXTURE WITH A DIMMING CIRCUIT. This fixture is
not dimmable.
Turn power off before servicing. Indoor use only.
Suitable for damp locations.
PRE-INSTALLATION
The light’s 5-ft. cord length restricts the maximum distance from an outlet the fixture can be mounted. Select a mounting location within 5 ft. of an electrical outlet. VERIFY THE LOCATION WORKS PRIOR TO DRILLING. There are 2 basic ways to mount the light: chain mount or flush mount. For CHAIN MOUNT WITH HOOK SCREWS, mark 2 mounting holes, 22-3/4 in. apart. For SURFACE MOUNT, mark 22-1/4 in. apart. ONLY instructions for installing to a wood joist/stud or drywall are addressed here
**1A**
WOOD INSTALLATION: Using a 1/16-in. drill bit, drill the 2 pilot
holes where either the hook screws or wood screws (C/D) will be installed.
Insert the hook screws or wood screws into the pilot holes. Tighten the screws
until they are securely fastened into the mounting surface.
**1B**
DRYWALL INSTALLATION: Use a 3/16-in. drill bit, drill out the 2
insertion holes for the wedge anchors (B). Pinch the wedge anchor tips
together (toward the center). Fully insert the folded wedge anchors into the
holes until flush with the surface. Tighten the screws (C/D) into the wedge
anchors until they are securely fastened into the mounting surface.
CHAIN MOUNT INSTALLATION
**2A**
Determine how high the fixture needs to be suspended. Attach the “V”
hook (E) to the bottom loop of the chain (A) by fishing one end of the hook
through the bottom loop. Remove any kinks out of the chain. Repeat on the
other side.
**2B**
Insert both ends of the “V” hook (E) through the small rectangular
slots along the top side of end caps and pivot the ends through the opening.
SURFACE MOUNT INSTALLATION
1
Adjust the screws (D), leaving 1/8-in. clearance between the mounting
surface and the back of the screwhead.
2
Lift the fixture up to the mounting screws (D) and simultaneously guide
the screw heads through the large round ends of the keyhole slots. Slide the
fixture until the screwheads are captured in the keyhole slots.
NOTE: If the fixture is loose, remove it and tighten each screw 1/4 turn
and reattach.
POWER CORD INSTALLATION
1
Insert the connector end of the power cord into the “power-in” port
located on the end of the fixture with the slide dimmer. Make sure the plug is
fully inserted into the port.
**2**
Plug fixture into an electrical outlet.
OPERATION
The instructions provided do not cover growing methods; they only provide an overview of the role the grow light plays in plant development. Results from indoor horticulture will vary based on soil nutrients, composition, moisture, air temperature, air flow, and the species of plant(s). One, two, or all three buttons can be pressed at the same time to produce custom settings to better meet a plant’s lighting needs.
BLUE: Seedling Stage Suggested timer setting: 16H or 20H
WHITE: Vegetative Stage Suggested timer setting: 16H or 20H

Slide the timer switch to ‘OFF’ before pressing any of the color push
buttons (White, Blue, or Red). When the timer is off, turn the light on and
off manually by pressing the color push buttons.

20H.
The light will turn off automatically after 12 hours, 16 hours or 20 hours.
NOTE : The timer is on a 24-hour cycle. The light will turn on automatically the same time everyday. Do not manually turn off the light or cut the power supply. If that happens, reset the timer function by sliding the timer switch to “OFF” and start the auto-timer steps, 1 to 3 again.
OPTIONAL: INSTALLING ADDITIONAL LIGHTS
TURN POWER OFF PRIOR TO LINKING!
To install additional units, follow installation steps 1 and 2.
To link, plug the cord into the linking outlet of the preceding fixture.
A maximum of seven (7) GL1326-WHT-24LFC-G fixtures can be linked together in
one run.
NOTE: The linking cord is designed to attach one way and only one way into
the adjoining fixtures. If the plug cannot be fully inserted into the fixture,
reverse the ends of the cord and try again.
Care and Maintenance
Periodically clean the fixture and diffuser using a mild, nonabrasive cleaner
and soft cloth. When cleaning the fixture, make sure the power is turned off.
Do not spray cleaner directly onto any part of the fixture or LEDs.
