Product Usage Instructions
Fixing Screws:
Ensure that the fixing screws provided are suitable for the application and
substrate. Use stainless steel alternative fixings if needed.
Waterproofing:
Apply a suitable silicone sealant around the perimeter frame to ensure
weathertightness.
Installation Steps:
- Secure the gravity grille to the substrate using the fixing screws.
- Apply silicone sealant around all four sides of the perimeter frame.
- Visually inspect for weathertightness after installation.

Due to building variables, it is recommended to have a licensed building
practitioner install the product.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- This gravity grille is supplied complete with perimeter frame and four fixing screws.
- Ensure that the supplied fixing screws are suitable for the application and for the substrate that the grille is being affixed to. Alternative fixings should be manufactured from stainless steel.
- The external frame surrounding the grille must be waterproof with a suitable silicone sealant to ensure weathertightness.
- Once all four corners to the substrate are fixed using the supplied screws or suitable alternative fixings and the appropriate silicone sealant has been applied around all 4 sides of the perimeter frame a visual inspection must be made
to confirm weathertightness.
Due to the many building variables and different available cladding systems, we recommend that this product be installed by a licensed building practitioner. The information contained herein should be used strictly as a guideline only.
